      It really all depends on if you think it is worth having for only a year, or paying more for longer.

      Then you post the full story as a short story afterwards.

      Oh yes, the word limit is beginning to be quite troublesome. My second attempt *almost* went over the limit as well, and that was with me consciously trying to keep it short from the very first word. ^_^

    Doing Algebra II homework. All this parabola stuff feels remarkably similar to being hit over the head with a sledgehammer. Definitely not the way I'd want to spend... anything, really. I hate this stuff. >_

      That's as good a reason as any. However, it's probably more a result of my incredibly laziness. :P

       

      But seriously, I'm really tired of having a job where I constantly have to worry about a ball and its location relative to either my skull or crotch. It's tough to guard both at the same time whilst still looking professional.

      I've had bad experiences with baseball myself... And both of those you listed are incredibly unpleasant.
