Let's see, there are different kinds of music videos. Cool ones, cute ones, trashy ones, pointless ones... And of course the kind of clips where people (nearly) die in the music videos. I'll list some Korean music videos soon which have "casualties", along with (hopefully) an explanation. Don't ask me why I'm posting them though... I don't know it myself. Might have something to do with my fascination for these kinds of music videos. I don't know many though... Lee Soo Young - Never Again Today - When My Eyes Open TRAX - First Rain/Cold Rain BoA - Key of Heart (Korean Version) Jang Ri In & Xiah Junsu - Timeless Fin.K.L - You Wouldn't Know Fin.K.L - Youngwon (Forever) Never Again: It's hard to explain this one... Just watch it. When My Eyes Open: A man's young daughter takes a lot of pills, nearly killing herself. The man hears that the only way to save her is some sort of transplant. So they undergo the procedure and the father doesn't survive, but his daughter does. First Rain: Three friends get involved in a clash between the mafia and a street gang, I believe. None of them survive. Key of Heart: BoA plays a successful singer who has a secret admirer (DongHae), but she doesn't recognise him as her old boyfriend. DongHae had a near-fatal accident in the past so his entire skin had to be replaced. He saves her from a falling stage light. Boa then notices a pendant DongHae had with him on his camera. She then recognizes him and she wants to go to him, but she gets stopped by her bodyguards. Timeless: This one is hard to explain as well. Just watch it if you can find it. There are 2 music videos for this song. You Wouldn't Know: All members of Fin.K.L each play a part in a different movie. One of the movies is the thriller Shiri. Those who watched Shiri know what happens in the end. Youngwon: The Fin.K.L members all play people with some kind of deficiency. One is very ill, one lost a finger during a boxing match, the third one....I don't remember and the last one is an alcoholic. One of them commits suicide in the end. All of them are some of many favourite music videos of mine. ----- After some random looking around, I stumbled on a lot of new BoA pictures. It turns out they're all from BoA's latest Olympus (digital camera brand) photoshoot. Needless to say, they look amazing. One of them is my sig right now. Our love will last forever~

It said Eric Delko would die. Eric didn't die. I like Eric, but I expected him to die. He didn't die. I'd curse my Tivo, but it's pretty reliable for the most part. Still... I feel betrayed.

Jerry Bruckheimer hates the Delko's!

The movie The Brotherhood of War is one of the best movies I have seen lately. The acting is superb, the action was rough 'n' tough, and the story itself was great as well. No BoA to be found on the DVD though. Mreh, can't have everything. <.<; If you like R-rated war movies with plenty of death and a great storyline, then this movie might be something for you, but since most members are too young to watch R-rated movies, it seems that I might place this section as a draft later on. ----- To Litva: Okay, you got your laugh. Now, get outta here, but turn everything back to normal before you do. ----- Thank you for the kind words on my letter. It means a lot to me. I'm still unsure as whether to post the second one since it's even more personal than the first one. Maybe I'll do it in my next entry. Just give me a while to decide. /-|-\ Listen to my heart...

Until I watched Firefly. One of the best shows ever. For those of you who don't know it, perhaps you have heard of the movie "Serenity"? Allegedly it is based of Firefly. I haven't seen it, but now I REALLY want to. It's basically based off after earth's demise, but before that, China and U.S. were the only real countries left, so chinese sayings get mixed in here or there. It's just a seriously awesome show about a group of... well... space pirates more or less, who go around with various escapades or another. It's very comic. And also inherently creepy. I recommend it.

[movie Rant] Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
Angel Beat posted a blog entry in Star Blogging across the universe
From now on, I will post in royalblue, since that color completely owns the normal blue. But that's not why I created this entry. The reason why I'm writing this is unknown to me, actually, so it might become another Misc category entry. Maybe it's because some of the songs in the block to the right are expired, wich is a shame, because all the songs are quite good. Those might need some reuploading. Uploading another song right now. Or maybe it's because my beloved BoA hurt her ankle again a week or two ago and she still isn't fully recovered from it. And she's still having her 2006 live tour in Japan. I hope she gets well soon. =[ As a result of her injury, she'll perform less dancey songs and more ballads. Ah, now I remember why I'm posting this.... The (possibly short) movie rant. This week's movie is Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. Gods, I love that movie. The CGI is awesome, the storyline is great and the music is sweet as well. My eyes were fixed on the tv from the beginning to the end of TSW. The ending theme almost brought a tear into my eye. It's The Dream Within by Lara Fabian and it suits the feeling of the end of the movie perfectly. It's only unfortunate that the song was a bit faster or played higher in the movie, because it should be a bit lower... The movie itself had a lot of action which involved creatures which are referred to as phantoms. The action scenes looked awesome and the (voice) acting in the rest of the scenes was very good. The only time I found the voice acting a bit.. weird.. was when Aki Ross was telling Dr. Sid she had seen Gaia. He reacted a bit too.. uninterested. Maybe it was just me. Anywho, if you want to see a movie which looks awesome and has a good storyline, then Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within might be a movie for you. [Click] Everyday... Everynight.. Darling.. Love is in my heart. I'm waiting for you... -
Okay, so I'm supposed to talk about a movie... But I haven't really watched any movies last week, and when I did, I didn't pay attention to them. Sorry. Next time, when I can't rant about movie for some reason, I'll rant about a song instead. Today, I got a bit of some bad news. Because there won't be a special bus going to the Unholy Alliance concert on October 20, I'll have to go with public transport. And it's going to be very expensive, so I might have to let the concert slip. The same might apply for the Lordi concert 5 days later in another city. If there won't be a special bus for Lordi either, I'm going to have to let one of the concerts slip out of my grasp. All because of that (...) phone company, who gladly made me pay a bill that was way too expensive and impossible for me to get. Yes, I like to blame them. And it is their fault, not mine. I didn't make 89 phone calls in less than 2 hours, even though they 'proved' that I made that many phone calls. I wanted to follow a quick Japanese study as well, but that can't kick off either because of the lack of money. Might be time for me to contact one of them consumer programs out there... To be continued . . . Without remorse. BoA, my everlasting Atlantis princess. Click thumbnail for full view.
