Another day, another Nintendo Direct. And this one had some interesting stuff in it. The reveal I liked most from this Direct would be that Super Mario Maker is coming to the 3DS. I've watched videos of people playing levels and I've wanted to try the game out, but I don't have a Wii U to do so. This 3DS version of the game will give me a chance to try it out. And it will even let play some Wii U levels from the game as well, which I think is neat. There's also a Mario Sports Superstar game coming out, which will have Mario and the gang doing various sports like Tennis, Basketball, and Horse Riding. It doesn't excite me too much, but I guess it could be fun for those interested in these kinds of games. The Pikmin series is also making a jump to the 3DS for the first time. The Direct revealed that the game is side-scrolling, and that Olimar and the original three kinds of Pikmin will be in it. But since the game doesn't come out until next year, I wouldn't be surprised if more kinds of Pikmin were revealed to be in the game. Then there is the new Pokemon Sun/Moon info that was released, and honestly it has very little new info in it. Aside from the Alohan form of Rattata and the reveal that some Pokemon will have their own unique Z Moves, the biggest info drop here is that if you pre-order the game, you get a Munchlax with a Z Item. And once it evolves into Snorlax, it can use that Z Item to use its Z Move. It's not the biggest reveal these games have had, as it just an incentive to get people to pre-order the game. But I guess it could still be cool. Other info revealed in the Direct included new Legend of Zelda Amiibos, Hyrule Warriors DLC, two new games, and new stuff to do with Streetpass. Overall it was an interesting Nintendo Direct IMO. But with all these games being revealed that I'm interested in getting, it looks like my Christmas List is just getting longer and longer. What was your favorite reveal from this Nintendo Direct?
