Opening the beta to everyone is probably a good idea, since the game was suppose to go to the full version over a month ago. I'm still hoping that they will reset it. Edit: Yay! 50 Entries!

For those of you who have an interest in the LEGO Racing Challenge, Brickgirl has posted another update. This one is rather late since the Gold Launch which was suppose to happen over a week ago didn't happen. Found Here Hopefully the Gold Launch will happen on this new date. The banner I made won't even work anymore since it said April. I also hope they reset everything. One, because it will give me a chance to keep up with the leaders and 2 because there are quite a few people who want to be on Double-Throwdown but joined a different team.

The politics of the new LEGO Racing Challenge are getting interesting. All the old teams from the Drome Racing Challenge, Nitro, RED, HOT, Maverick, and Zero, has selected a new team to "take over" and adopt. I have "take over" in quotes because it really isn't taking over because there is no to take over from and I don't have a better word to use. A few people on the LEGO Message boards are resisting this "take over". This is one guy's sig. And wouldn't you know, he's a member of the team Nitro has chosen to merge into. There are a few other people who have similar feelings as this guy but they aren't as vocal. And actually that guy's organization should disappear in a puff logic, seeing as how he's doing exactly what he's getting made at Nitro for doing.

For those of you who have been waiting the LEGO Racing Challenge is finally out. If you got to rank 3 in MLN you can participate in the Beta Test. If you're not rank 3 you'll have to wait for the full launch, which is expected on April 20th. Here are the teams. Wrench Wright Team is never quite satisfied with performance and they keep making tweaks. Slicksta Team is made up of motorcycle enthusiasts who play pranks. Sticker-Shock Team gets money by plastering advertisements all over their cars. Knuckle Crunch Team cheats all the time. Goblin Team like fantasy/spooky pictures on their cars. Team Tin Star is a charity organization. The Peelies like doing stunts all the time. Tsuiso Team are precision drivers. Kismet Team is really superstitious. Double-Throwdown Team is a almost-financially-exhausted team that's just managing to hang in there. A few notes about the teams. Peelie has been adopted by the former team HOT. Tsuiso has been adopted by the former team RED. Tin Star has been adopted by the former team Maverick. Slicksta has been adopted by the former team ZERO. And Double Throwdown will probably be adopted by the former team Nitro.
