Entry 50 This is a first for my team, usually the paper says something along the lines of, "Simi is expecting to be crushed again this year by rival school Royal."

Entry 53 And headed off to school, at 4:30 in the morning... On a Saturday?! Race day. I'll mention how I/we did later.

Entry 40 This track season I mean. We are training hard, school starts in a week, yet the campus is already bustling. Bittersweet, no?

Entry 34 First off, this video shows my Cross Country team in all its glory. Link Second, this must be why we are so fast- radiation. Ends up my hometown was home to the worst nuclear disaster (in terms of radiation released, not casualties) ever recorded. It was a sodium reactor. Sodium is way more dangerous than water. But it got us on Modern Marvels, which is a great show. Link

Entry 24 Ten miles. No... Ten and a half. Lots of hills. All around town. And now my stomach hurts and the pain is unbelievable. Sometimes, track just isn't worth the trouble. Oww.

Entry 8 Well... I just got back from Cross Country practice, and it was exhausting. We did a run known as Water Tower. It has a gigantic hill, and today was very hot. My calfs were burning running up that hill. Ah well, I figure I will just sit here and rot away at my computer. I've got a new comic idea, so that will keep me occupied. Some friends and I are also going to see The Dark Knight, tonight. Expect a review shortly afterwords. Something is troubling my dad and I. He claims that when he was a kid, his grade school taught the children the following; "♪A E I O U and sometimes Y and W♪" Catchy, it rhymes. But it doesn't make sense. I always remembered the less exciting "A E I O U and sometimes Y" That makes sense. You have words like Why, Fly, Cry, and Zzyzx. My dad did some research on the problem and discovered three words with W as the vowel. Cwm, Crwth, Twmpath. This is no joke, I've found that the W makes the "oo" sound. But, after further examination, I have found that these words are of Welsh origin, so I say they do not count. I appreciate everyones input, but really want to know; Were you taught W is sometimes a vowel?

Entry 2 Well, I just got back from Cross Country practice, we ran what we call a Monday run, I am not sure why we call them Monday runs, because we have never, ever ran them on a Monday. Anyway, these runs a big pain, not because they are long (5-7 miles) but because we run within a very close distance to my house. It is pure torture, all I have to do to end the pain is turn the corner and open my garage, grab some food and water then head back. Preferably on a bike. Anyway, one other exciting(ish) thing that happened today was that the usually cranky old girls' coach showed up, he was previously vacationing in Hawaii. and brought us popsicles. That is the first nice thing he has ever done during a practice. I also learned that all the girls on the team are attracted to me (With a force directly proportional to the product of our masses, and inversely proportional to the distance between us, but, hey, attraction's attraction, right?). Lastly, I made an interesting thing on Photoshop, it took about three minutes and is simply the same effect I used in the "Tech" picture under my hobbies, but here it is regardless: Click thumbnail to view full image. That's what I look like when I run. Just kidding.
