Jimi Hendrix

James Marshal Hendrix is my alltime favourite musician and celebrety. Not only was he the greatest guitarist of all time, and a revolutionary musician, but he was also just incredibally cool. He was shy but also relaxed in person, but onstage he just erupted. I tell you, if The Beatles weren't so overrated, he would have been THE guy of the Psychedelic Era. My favourite albums of his are Electric Ladyland, Blue Wild Angel live performance, and Band of Gypsys ^^ Favourite songs are Purple Haze, Gypsy Eyes, Can You See Me, Fire, Voodoo Chile, Voodoo Child (Slight Return), Wild Thing, and Hey Joe Favourite performances are Monterey Pop Festival, Isle of Wight, and of course Woodstock 69... My main ambition of the year is to purchase Electric Ladyland on vinyl (being a vinyl nut). SO share your interest in old Jimi!

Gee golly, I sure do love Bionicles! My favourite one is Hero Factory!

Jimi Hendrix is, indeed, amazing. ^^ Also, yeah, my favorite song is Purple Haze also, not to mention his version of the Star-Spangled Banner. Now that is pro. :P

On the day the wall came down / They threw the locks onto the ground

And with glasses high / We raised a cry / For freedom had arrived

On the day the wall came down / The ship of fools had finally run aground

Promises lit up the night / Like paper doves in flight

I dreamed you had left my side / No warmth, not even pride remained

And even though you needed me / It was clear that I could not do a thing for you

Now life devalues day by day / As friends and neighbors turn away

And there's a change that even with regret / Cannot be undone

Now frontiers shift like desert sands / While nations wash their bloodied hands

Of loyalty, of history / In shades of grey

I woke to the sound of drums / The music played, the morning sun streamed in

I turned and I looked at you / And all but the bitter residues slipped away

slipped away...

Not only was he the greatest guitarist of all time

you're hilarious there is no definite greatest guitarist of all time, and even if there was it wouldn't mean much unless they could actually right good music now granted i will agree that he was revolutionary and definitely did write good music Edited by Idunnolol
