(A quick note before I begin, I accidentally put the images too large on Brickshelf, so I had only links to them, so bear with me.)

Sorry I took so long getting the post up for the first set for Tale Of Five Nations, but here it is!

Forest Battle

The Ninjas of Ilyan have sent the Crimson scouting squad into the Great Wood to spy on the Mythological Creatures, but they have been found by a patrol squad! They now battle to stop eachother from spreading news of the incursion.

This set contains: Nina, Shadecaller, Shade, Crimson Scouts(x2), Monkey King, Mind-Controlled Warriors, Wahtok Captain, Wasp DrakeThis set doesn't have any features, although it is the only set to have the Wasp Drake. Here is the Crimson Scouting Squad from left to right: Shadecaller, Nina, Crimson Scouts (x2), Shade: http://www.brickshel...e/Woods/001.jpgHere is the Myth's patrol squad from left to right: Wasp Drake, Monkey King, Mind-Controlled Warriors, Wahtok Captain: http://www.brickshel...e/Woods/002.jpgOn the Myth's side, they have gained control of human warriors by placing the green masks on their heads which have been infused with magic to make them obey the will of their master, whomever that me be.The Shade caller calls the souls of the dead to battle! http://www.brickshel...e/Woods/003.jpgThe Shades themselves carry deadly weapons made of bones, using the rib bones of creatures as spikes with which they can rend their enemiesThe vegetation included in this set is shown here http://www.brickshel...e/Woods/005.jpgAnd the battle rages! http://www.brickshel...e/Woods/006.jpgI hope you enjoyed the first set! Several will come in time! Please leave comments and criticisms

Interesting scene. The minifigs are okay, but I particularly like the wasp creature; nice design there. The forest is a little sparse, but you did well with the few pieces you had. (Plus, it's no worst than the various landscape pieces that come in official Lego sets.) My biggest gripe would be that the minifigs felt a little plain, particularly the Wookie. But they're still not bad.Anyway, good job, have fun creating more! :D:music:

I have very few nature type pieces, and so I couldn't do a whole ton with that, and I mostly have Star Wars minifigs, so some of the minifigs here aren't as good as I wish they could be, and the Myth army was especially difficult to amass, and so the wookies were the closest thing I could find for more troops. Thanks for the comment!
