Talos Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 I'd consider this my triumphant return.So, Toxin is the thin guy with two legs and Marauder is the one with four legs.Toxin is the Brotherhood of Makuta's attempt at an artificial version of themselves, in the form of a virus.The computer virus gained sentience rapidly, infected a robot, improved it's robot body, and experiments with the undead.He fits right in.Toxin Front/poseBackMarauder was at some point a Toa, this was quite some time ago. His proudest moment would have been his final epic battle with the dastardly warlord of a rather large nation, but, rather unfortunately he was betrayed by his team and left for dead.Toxin found his broken body and began rebuilding. When the Toa woke up to a second chance at life, it became clear that this was a chance for revenge.MarauderFrontThe two make an excellent team.Toxin and MarauderMarauder and ToxinMeltdown has a lot of useful parts.Comments and Criticism are very welcome. I like the asymmetry of Marauder; it makes him look more like a prototype of a crazed thing. Toxin has that creepy feel, given by the single eye, backwards legs and tubes. Lovin' it! Maganar Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 Toxin excels at projecting an eeriness and the tubes and pipes sell it in a way that perfectly fits with your backstory. Nothing much to say here, because it's just awesome and there isn't much to complain about.Maruader's lower body and upper body are both great...but they don't entirely fit together. The lower portion is much more bulky in nature, and the top almost seems spindly. Simulacrum Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 Toxin is my fave, his legs, tubes, and head really sticking out to me as "creepy" and earning the moc a very high score.Marauder is really good, his four legs and custom arm being my favorite part, but his head just seems "off" to me. It was rather difficult to come up with an easy way of adding for legs, I think part of the problem is the bulky armor on his upper legs. I might do more experimenting with him, I always try to improve my creations from the criticism. @Lord Darkon: I'm glad you like Toxin too! As for Marauder, I see what you are saying but I don't really know what mask to use, any suggestions? Obviously a green or black one...
