This is my revamp of the Witch doctor setChanges include1. Custom torso using hero factory bone pieces. Still based a bit around his old torso design.2. More armor and filling in the gaps with technic pieces3. Made a way for the witch doctor head to fit on a red 2.0 hero head4. Replaced all the silver with black.5. Made his quaza staff more like the prototype one.6. Replaced the launcher with a normal hand. (hated the fact that he had one. He never used it in the show)7. Gave him a hero core necklace talisman.8. His body armor design looks like a cloak a real witch doctor would wear.I took a lot of pictures of him. To see them all go to the galleryhttp://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=490594Here are just a few picsFronthttp://www.brickshel...hDoctor/001.jpgSidehttp://www.brickshel...hDoctor/003.jpgBackhttp://www.brickshel...hDoctor/004.jpgThe talismanhttp://www.brickshel...hDoctor/009.jpgHis Quaza staffhttp://www.brickshel...hDoctor/006.jpgPicture of the skeleton without any armor to show how he is builthttp://www.brickshel...hDoctor/011.jpgComments and feedback appricitatedIf you guys want I can remove all the technic parts I used to fill in the gaps and make him look more skeletal.

Not too fond of this revamp. First of all, he no longer looks thin like he did in the set. While this is an OK look I don't think it suits Witch Doctor with his gaunt face and bony design. His chest is for no explicit reason the most hollow area of his body, while his hips have way more armor than I think they need. Some of the additions like the chains and the chest tubing feel kind of cluttered. The color layering also suffers. The model is overwhelmingly white, with only a few black details showing through, and most of those are concentrated on the arms and legs.I do like the pic of the bare skeleton with nothing attached. Some of the additions featured there are very tasteful-- for instance, the Toa Metru chest covers on his lower legs. I'm not fond of the chunky Technic constructions on his lower arms, though. I think if you armored the skeleton more sparingly, focusing more on armoring the chest and less on armoring areas like the hips, you could have quite an impressive MOC. But as it is, this model feels more like the Witch Doctor set with extras thrown on where they aren't needed than like a cohesive model that could itself pass as a set.

The chest tubing is supposed to represent a ribcage. And I could take out a bunch of the technic to give him a more boney style body

While not a complete "revamp" of the Doctor, it's certainly a start! I like the rib-cage thing you did with the torso, and the staff is definitely an improvement. I think my favourite parts are where you fit the helmet onto those 2.0 heads, and the Hero Core talisman thing. Nice work, maybe you could try going more in depth and customize the skeleton beneath the armour for more mobility perhaps? ^_^
