ToaProtos
Hey guys I'm a bit new too the community and i was wondering how to post pictures of MOC's in my own topic in the creative section? I want to try to get more involved on bzp rather than just posting opinions. Can anyone tell me? It would be very much appreciated. BBBBalta
Take a picture (or preferably several pictures) of your MOC. Upload the images to an image-hosting site. Brickshelf and Flickr are popular. Enter the appropriate forum section (Bionicle-Based Creations for Technic MOCs; LEGO-based creations for System) and click the "Start New Topic" button. Paste the links to your images. Post the topic.
~Shockwave~
you can also upload them to the gallery and post them from there, if that's easier. but the above post pretty much answers your question. 3DS Freind Code: 1693-0634-1082 Name: Joey I also have Mario Kart 7, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Pokemon Y and Kid Icarus: Uprising PM me to add me. -Windrider-
First of all, welcome to BZPower!Take a picture (or preferably several pictures) of your MOC.Upload the images to an image-hosting site. Brickshelf and Flickr are popular.Enter the appropriate forum section (Bionicle-Based Creations for Technic MOCs; LEGO-based creations for System) and click the "Start New Topic" button.Paste the links to your images.Post the topic. This pretty much covers it. As Wheeljack said, however, you can use BZPower's Gallery to host your images. In addition, you might find it a more attractive option actually to display the images in your post. Make sure that, before you do the following, you use an image-editing program to resize the photos you take so that they are smaller than 640x640 pixels in dimension and 100 kB in file size. Those are the maximum dimensions and size allowed in the BBC forum. It's a good guideline to follow even in the SBC forum, though it is not explicitly a rule there. On the rest of BZPower, posted images should be kept below 500 kB.Anyway, here is how to add an image to your post, taken from the Compendium:"Images: Click and paste in the URL of your desired image as prompted. All images posted on BZPower must be less than 500 kB in file size. See the Pictures Topic for more information."Or, you can use BBCode:[IMG=URL of image here]That should cover it. Please check the Compendium, which is pinned at the top of this forum, for answers to any further questions. This post specifically covers starting new posts, topics, and formatting your post. You'll also find a lot of information about the Gallery in there. If you have further questions about posting pictures, please check out the Pictures Topic. Feel free to post further questions in there! If you ever need help on BZPower, this forum is here for you. In addition, you can PM me, any of the Q&A staff, or any of BZPower's Forum Mentors for advice once you have made 5 counted posts and are moved into the Members group!Question answered, topic closed.
