I agree. Actually, I woulda went with gunmetal and trans-purple with white undertones, but eh minor technicality. And since there's not going to be any more sets, who's to say it can't be done?

 

It bothers me because blue reminds me of water-types, and water Matoran are always female.

 

Why can't girls have more variety in their colours?

I still like the idea of purple for Toa of Lightning, with possible yellow highlights. I suppose blue and white makes more sense, but it would have been nice for Toa of Lightning to have a very distinct color scheme from other Toa.

 

Toa of Psionics? I don't know how I feel about them. I kinda dislike any Toa type other than Light having gold as a standard color in a color scheme-- I feel it should be a tertiary color, as it was in Toa Inika Jaller. As for blue, it is a bit tiresome, but I can't think of any other color which would have been preferable. Perhaps a grayish-pink, like brain matter?

Like I said, trans-purple, or at least some transparent colour other than light blue (like on Matoro). The transparency sorta represents the intangibility or a psychic attack.
