The best solution I can offer is just to hover your cursor over a link before following it so you know where it goes regardless of what the person posting it tells you.

 

Of course, this probably doesn't work or works poorly on some mobile devices.

I'm guilty of putting the warning after. I'll make an effort to start putting it before.
