Oh Man, Lucky Day
Well, I went to the record store today to pick up a copy of Iron Maiden's Piece Of Mind (original '83 pressing) that I had put on layaway a few days ago. I had seen that earlier day aswell, Styx II by Styx along with In The Court Of The Crimson King and Beat by King Crimson. I went to set them aside for when I get paid on thursday, and decided I'd look around a bit more to see if there was anything new.
Went to the "G" section, and while browsing found Peter Gabriel's first album. Thought to myself, "man I wish I could find some Gabriel-era Genesis. Like Foxtrot or somethi-"
I glanced to the second G row on a whim and bam, there's Foxtrot. I got all giddy and stuff and flipped through the rest of the row, and found every classic Genesis album from Nursery Cryme to The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway.
What a lucky man I am, no? I then glanced to the E section to my right, and there's Emerson, Lake & Palmer's debut album (which includes the song "Lucky Man" )
So yeah. Got like 7 albums waiting for me. Gonna' cost a fortune but oh well.
