Why're you always so negative towards my ideas?

Cuz, well, I'm optimistically pessimistic. And see, while the 'weapon' would indeed be quite awesome to look at, that's where it would end. It would serve no practical use in war because for a cannon of it's size, it would be completely inneffective towards machinery or armoed vehicles, and any soldier who did not want to be blinded would simply have to duck, walk away, put goggles on, or get in a truck, all of which he could do easily because of the size of the vehicle would make it cumbersome, and the--
