So here's the deal: Burnmad and I have decided that we're curious to find out who you all would select as the best video game character of all time, but with some style. Here's the deal:

We have 32 slots open. In the comments, post your favourite characters (we'll allow you up to four). If someone has already put in a character that you would normally pick, that's perfectly fine - just let us know that you're adding a vote to that character. If we receive more than 32 submissions, then we'll start ranking the characters with regards to the number of votes they received. Hopefully we can fill the slots and begin the real voting within the next two days.

EDIT: Also, please when you say a character, give us the game or series they belong to as well.

EDIT 2: Alright, I'll leave this entry open for one more day and then we'll start cutting some characters away. As it stands right now, any character with at least two votes will be guaranteed a position in the slots, while those with only one vote will have to beat each other to the death to get in.
