We haven't announced it because we don't have many details. For all we know, he could have meant that an end is in sight, and at least one more wave of sets could show up still. Plus, if he did mean that it's ending after this year ends, we don't know what that means for the third season of the TV series, which is apparently already produced or at least in production. For now I've messaged Kevin Hinkle on a number of sites in the hopes that he can clear some of this up.
