That's right folks! I have just recently (read: today) obtained a fantastic set of prizes and am not hesitating to announce the contest in which to get these out of my hair. I, ChocolateFrogs, am having a MOCing contest. This one (because I anticipate more) will have the them of a Bionicle MOC, basically Toa sized and humanoid, but not the average symmetry that many MOCs seem to have these days.

Some kid had them at the WAMALUG meeting today, so picked them up to look at them. Not much I can do with the pieces, as they are solid and one color--which is not good for multi-colored MOCing.
I guess, hope really, that we'll see those green and red "feathers" (on the green one) in other sets. Those might have potential.

Just a quick rant on movie ratings:
I just found out District 9 was rated R. I'm not entirely surprised, but slightly disappointed that the bar was pushed. (Granted, The Dark Knight could have been rated R, and there are other movies that just barely scrape by with PG-13 or, if R, could have taken out a scene or word here or there and made it PG-13.)
9 is rated PG-13. I was disappointed to hear this, because I felt that they could have targeted the pre-teens too instead of just the teen
I downloaded GIMP, since people told me it's better than MS Paint, which I swear by.

Crazy, I know.
For those of you who don't know, I quite enjoyed Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
Now I was going to come in here and write a nice long entry on why I liked it and why it was a cool Indy movie. But then I realized it didn't matter. Everyone who didn't like it (pretty much almost everyone I talk to) will still go along not liking it and never wanting to see it again.
I could say the same thing about Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, since that
Lately, I have decided that the English language is just too modern for my liking.
I prefer old fashioned communication techniques such as Morse code or even smoke signals, but am unsure which one offers better sound quality.
Who can recommend an outdated form of communication that I can be using.

I really want a pic of the cat beast from the first 10 minutes of the movie (not elsewhere), since it was so detailed and awesome, for my computer wallpaper...but no luck so far. (Yeah I was super excited when I saw that.)
Overall, the movie rocked. Action, characters, settings, plotness, awesome CGI and visual effects, and the different...things (various beasts).
But I also could not get enough, for 80 minutes really isn't that much, especially for the teenage/adult target audience. At
