That's pretty cool. I like the dark shading and stroke-marks. Not to mention the red eyes really add to the effect. One tiny thing is that I had trouble telling the background from the hair.

If I might make a suggestion; the background, I think, could be more of a mixture... The swirly thing you got going there is good, but the similar colour is kinda comouflaging the hair. Perhaps a bit of grey and a tiny bit of red? Y'know, to make it 'firey'. Of course, that's only my opinion

 

All in all though, it's very good

I think the face needs to have more shading to give it proper and accurate depth. The nose seems much to flattened out, like this person recently had their face smashed in and completely flattened out. Also, parts of the neck are left white, as if they are on the same plane as parts of the face that are also white. I think darkening up the neck would make it recede back much more naturally and look a bit more realistic.
