In all seriousness, I'm sure acquiring good materials can be expensive, but how hard would it to make something like that with a bit of sowing knowledge? I honestly don't know. Easy? Difficult? Time consuming?

I'm guessing time consuming would be the most likely, with varied difficulty depending on how big/detailed you make it.
