I like this new shade of blue. Things feel a little slow though? Don't know how I feel about that sidebar in topics either. I'm sure it will grow on me though.
Pretty meh so far. Not exactly off to a great start, but I've grown used to such things. There are a few things I'm looking forward to in the next few weeks, such as seeing Scream, the final season of AoT, and going to North Carolina next weekend. Hopefully covid will cooperate and everything will work out.
I've also been listening to some Star Wars audiobooks while at work, and it's been a fun experience. :3
But yeah, that's basically it. My life is so boring I can barely squeeze a
Wow it's holiday time. So much to be done. Did a lot of decorating, and a lot of picture taking! You can check out my gallery on Flickr to see some of them. Usually I'm very critical of myself and my work, but I think some of them turned out quite well.
Mimikyu wishes you a spooky and merry Christmas! o.o
Happy Thanksgiving, my BZP buddies. May your holiday be pleasant and filled turkeys and football (or whatever else you do on this day).
Currently it's 62 degrees in here, which is fabulous for sleeping in with lots of warm blankets and pillows, but that's about it. Once it warms up some, it will be time to start the day.
Christmas stuff has already been broken out and mostly set up; did all the major things like tree and lights, but decided to save some for after Thanksgiving. Pictures
Planned on carving some more foods, but got lazy and ran out of time. Oh well, I was still able to keep the pineapple tradition alive:
Still growing pumpkins too:
In more interesting news, @Heyzorks can finally blog now.
I didn't realize how long it's been since I last blogged. Not much has been happening in Bambland lol.
In Pokemon news, we're pretty close to the Diamond and Pearl remakes! Though I still haven't decided if I'm going to get one. I had Pearl for DS, so maybe I'll get Diamond this time around?
I also got this Mimikyu the other day:
I like him. :>
(it lights up)
Bye
Looks like it's finally time to break out the spooks. :3
I've set up some more, but it's not really picture worthy. But I do like my Pika pumpkin mug. c:
I'm also looking forward to doing some more fruit carving this year.
And by labor I mean tossing seeds on the ground and forgetting about them until they sprout
Yay. A few little pumpkins decided they were tired of being seeds. A little early though, but oh well. There are still some more, but they're not ready to be picked yet.
And I have no idea why they came out so orange in the picture. I think the Great Pumpkin possessed my phone and messed with the coloring of the image or something.
Last year, I failed as a pumpkin grower. Now it's time to redeem myself.
I planted them a little earlier this year, so hopefully something will be ready by Halloween.
Some of the plants from last year did grow back though:
We shall see.
Kinda nutty. My parents got me Onua and Pohatu Mata for my birthday, and I was hooked. I remember I loved them even though I had no idea what they were. The canisters the Mata came in were really cool. From there I started getting Lego magazines/Bionicle comics, follow the story, and collect the sets.
Bionicle was huge in my life. I closely followed it all the way to the end; It was the first thing I ever really got invested in. I remember being blown away by the concept of a seventh Toa lo
Lately I've been thinking about starting a Minecraft server for BZP. I know we've had a few in the past and they've always been fun, so I'm wondering if there's enough interest and active users to warrant a new one?
I know most people don't use the blogs here, so I might make a topic and see what everyone thinks.
I cannot believe I finally found this. I remember this used to be the coolest thing when I was younger. Don't think I've seen it since I was six or seven lol.
I uploaded them on my Flickr over here. I guess for some reason Flickr puts your newest photos on the bottom of your gallery?
But anyway yeah check it out, there's funny stuff to behold.
Well, 2020 is finally over. Look for that one in the history books fifteen years from now.
Figured I'd go ahead and do what no one asked for and talk a little bit about the past year. There were a few significant things that happened (aside from the obvious). Expect your usual nonsensical rambling.
First major thing would be starting a new job. I quit my previous job of five years where I was being very mistreated and used and started my new one where I'm much happier. I'm not going t
