Forgot to blog about May. Mostly uneventful anyways. Got back into playing Overwatch (for whatever reason) and have been having fun. I'm looking forward to Summer Game Fest and Nintendo Direct because I'm desperate for any new news relating to Persona, specifically Persona 4: Revival. P4 is my favorite game in the series, so I'm really looking forward to it.
Anyways, that's all for now. We shall see what this month holds.
This was actually a productive month for me. I was able to get started on a couple of projects I've been putting off, and I'm pretty happy with how things are turning out. We also finally got some rain this month, which is nice since we've been in a severe drought. Hard to believe the year is almost half over.
Someone I was talking to said if you say, "I don't care" about something, it means you do care about it because you're talking about it. I disagree. Opinions?
Not a whole lot!
To be honest, I've kind of been looking forward to the end of winter, which is really strange for me. I've always loved winter, but I've been kind of over it since Christmas ended.
There's not really a lot to say about this month. I ate, worked, slept, and lazed around. Now, it's time to get ready for spring.
(I can't believe there was a time when I would post multiple blog entries per day, multiple times a month loool)
(and December)
Since 2020, it's become a tradition of mine to start binge reading books around fall/Christmas season. I went full beast mode this year and ended up reading seven Star Wars books, starting early December and ending early January. I'm actually a little proud of myself, considering those are all 350-450 page books lol. I read the entire Republic Commando series, as well as The Courtship of Princess Leia and Tatooine Ghost. I liked Tatooine Ghost, and while I enjoyed The Courtsh
Time to wrap up another year.
For starters, in January, we got real, actual, snow. 'Twas glorious for the few days we had it. Wish that would happen more often.
I didn't really get around to doing much this year, unfortunately. Watched some new anime, played some new games, and sat around like a slob an awful lot. I did get to go see my first live concert since 2019 back in June (I think? Sometime during the spring lol), so that was fun.
This year, particularly this summer, I a
Hello, time for my monthly update:
First, happy belated Thanksgiving to all. We're already almost at the end of 2025. Tree time!
(I don't know why my pictures always look bad. Old phones I've used always look better to me lol)
We're in my favorite time of year, so I'll try to make the best of it. I don't really have much to add. Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving.
Firstly, Happy Halloween to all! I hope you all have a fun night. Didn't do any fruit carving this year because I ran out of time, but I was able to hastily chop up a pumpkin.
For today's entry, I'm going to show you how I make angel hair pasta. Yep. I don't know how you'd feel about it (or how healthy it is), but I think it tastes great.
So, you'll obviously need your spaghetti. I used Ronzoni angel hair. You'll also need 4 Tbsp butter, minced garlic, and any kind of seasoning y
Here we are again. Second best time of year. Went with a smaller setup this time, so there's not much to show. I still like it.
Sorry the quality is so bad; I don't know why my phone camera is so bad in the dark lol.
Had plans for this month's entry, but decided to cancel them. Oops. It's kind of hard to be motivated to post things when no one really cares. Not that I'm upset by it; they're hardly any active users in Blogs, so it's harder to find things that you like and that will appeal to everyone else.
Enjoy this instead. Feels appropriate since we're about to change to another season in a few weeks.
Love this track. Feels very nostalgic, despite the fact that it's been less than a yea
Another month over? Guess it's time for my next entry.
Not a lot happened this month, aside from celebrating the 4th.
Summer is disgusting. Average temperature this past week was about 94F, and with the heat index, it felt like 110+ most days. I genuinely don't understand how people like this over winter.
Hopefully I'll have something fun to post next time. I've got a few ideas, though I don't know how many people would be interested. Then again, it's my blog, so I can post what
Wanted to know if anyone had any opinions on this.
Friend 1 and Friend 2 (F1/F2) have known each other for a long time, and were really good friends at one point. F1 claims to have given much for F2 (bought him meals, given him rides to and from work and other places, invited him to go places even if he didn't think F2 was interested.) Meanwhile, F2 never returned any of the favors. Never sacrificed or gave anything for F1. Any time he offered anything, like paying for fuel when he got one
I don't know why, but lately I've been having migraines more than usual. This past Wednesday, I had one Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday. I'm not sure why this is happening. These past few days I've been fine, though. Does anyone know of a good way to help with this? All I've ever really tried is generic headache relief like Tylenol.
Didn't I say I was going to bother posting this stuff anymore? Ah, well...
Here's how things are looking for this year:
Neighbor's cows.
And, of course, a good boy.
Crazy to think how different life was back when I first joined this place. Seventeen years already?
Makes you wonder what everyone who has moved on from BZP is up to. Surely Bionicle G3 will bring some of them back?
(also, I have posted new blog entries for each month this year. So far, I'm keeping my unofficial new year's resolution of at least one entry per month alive. Maybe I'll try to make things look less bland with featured photos for each entry?)
Was looking through some old blog entries and posts. Had me feeling super nostalgic.
I was quite a deranged little individual, but still had a ton of fun on this website. I wish forums like this were still popular. Finding communities on places like Twitter is not ideal. Plus, it's been a loooooong time since I got so invested in something that it made me want to seek a community and find others to talk about it with. I honestly doubt it'd even be fun anymore. How in the world did I manage
I was planning on typing up a whole 2024 recap/my thoughts on the year, but no one cares about that so I'm not going to bother wasting anyone's time lol (not much of a state of the union I guess). So here's your obligatory "Happy New Year" blog entry.
This is usually the part where I'd say something like, "I'm going to blog more", but I'm pretty sure I said that last year, and I completely failed lol. Blogs are pretty much on life support anyways.
I feel like this is a fitting song to
It is time.
First Christmas in the new house. Although the tree isn't 100% finished, I still think it looks pretty good. ^^
I love this little Christmas "village" we have setup. I think it goes together well, except for the random Pokemon lol. I guess the jukebox is kind if out of place too, but I still like it being there. I think it fits with the penguins playing their little instruments.
And yes, if you have them wired together, they do play music.
It's not really November already, is it?
Although I didn't get to carve nearly as much as I wanted to, I was still able to keep the pineapple-o-lantern tradition alive for another year.
I don't know why they always look angry; it's just funny to me lol.
I wish I could have destroyed more produce this year/put more effort into it, but I slacked off too much and then before I knew it, it was Halloween. Sorry, I'll try to do better next year. If you're wondering what that
This is BZP meteorologist Bambi, reporting live from the comfort of my home. Hurricane Debby has been hanging around my state (SC) for about a day now. Fortunately, all we've had in my area is rain so far.
We'll see how long this keeps up. All we're expected to get here is more rain for the rest of the week. Not exactly ideal, but knowing how destructive hurricanes can be, I'll take it. At least it makes for a happy dog!
Hope everyone stays safe!
Time for my annual/biannual/quarterly BZP blog entry. This time, you guessed it, it's more of the same old goofy garden pictures. I present, the Bambfarm 2024:
Probably going to be my last entry about this stuff, since there's only so many way to post pictures of greenery. We've got corn, pumpkins, cucumbers, watermelons, and tomatoes. Exciting stuff.
I'm also taking care of my sister's old cat. Her whole family is apparently allergic, and I couldn't say no.
Any coffee aficionados here? Lately I've been drinking coffee in lieu of energy drinks, and I'm looking for different types to try. I'm not really into anything bitter, but I'm also trying not to use too much creamer or anything lol.
Also, sometimes my dog rolls onto his back while he's laying in his bed, and I got this hilarious picture
He just sat like that for about thirty seconds lol. He's whacked out
Can you believe tomorrow is March?? Goodbye winter avatars and banners
