Interesting to see someone else's take on building something small for this contest. I see you managed to include feet, which I didn't, so that's cool. I assume you built the torso around one of those three-axle connector hubs? Very creative. It would be nice if it had a bit more flexibility, though there's only so much you can do at such a small scale.

Good luck in the contest.

Wow, this shows bigger doesn't mean better!

I love how cute it is. x3

The design of Russel is very complex, yet so simple at the same time. It is one of the best entries I've seen in the BBC yet. Its just so small and streamlined, yet integrates  many complex techniques. The color scheme is also very consistent, which I like.

This little birdy can go far in the BBC, I wish you luck!

Thanks for your reviews.

I generally try to make my MOCs flexible, but if I had tried anything with this guy it would've ruined him, hence why only the head and (to a small extent) the legs move.

I'm willing to bet that you can make an exact copy of him just by examining the picture.

Excellent little MOC, though for a BBC contest entry it does have very few Bionicle pieces (just the bohrok eyes, everything else being system or technic).  Though of course it is close to impossible to make such a small MOC with a majority of Bionicle pieces.

If you think that godzilla is NOT awesome, you're either crazy,

or one of the many people who got trodden on while he was saving the world.
