He's one of the main people responsible for the Mixel ball joints from last year and has also designed constraction, Technic, and System elements. A LEGO fan himself, he has tons of Bionicle and other constraction sets at home - something I'm sure many of you can relate to. Lyichir Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 (edited) Aw, sweet! Erland is a swell guy and is fairly active on Eurobricks (his username there is "Front"). It's very neat to have him there to provide insight into part design, particularly for constraction. In 2011 he was one of our number one sources of info on the newly introduced CCBS, and the one who assured us that it would not face the same fragility issues of the older joints. Neat to see that he was responsible for the Mixels joints as well!
