Two LEGO Disney Princess building events are coming to Toys 'R' Us stores in the United States! Tomorrow from 12pm to 2pm, Toys 'R' Us invites visitors ages 6 and up to build and take home a brick-built model of Cogsworth, the Beast's punctilious pendulum clock from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Then, during the same hours next Saturday, September 24th, fans are invited to "be their guest" and build a brick-built model of Lumiere, the Beast's congenial candelabra! Visit the Toys 'R' Us website's in-store events page for a preview picture and other details!

Have Cogsworth in hand. Nice little build, but his head is completely different from the one in the promo image.

How so? Got a full image of him?

Don't have a very good phone. Here's the best I can provide.

Ah, that's pretty interesting. I wonder why they changed that part of the set.

Thank you for sharing though. Image quality wasn't too bad. :P

Yeah, makes me wonder if they'll change Lumiere as well. I'll get back to everyone next week on that. :P

Please do.

Just out of curiosity, how do these promotions work? I might be able to acquire my own Lumiere, but I've never done one of these types of things before.

Well, they used to just be an awful free-for-all. These days, they hand you a sheet of instructions and you go over to a table with pre-made bags, like a normal set. Then you just walk out right there or you can build it in the store. There are also usually little bins of spare parts in case they missed a part while setting up your bag.
