Hapori Tohu
The White House has unveiled its holiday decorations, and following the theme "The Gift of the Holidays" lots of LEGO bricks were involved. Five hundred hours were spent by LEGO Master Builders in Enfield, CT, to assemble over 200,000 bricks' worth of holiday decorations. These include "gingerfriends" on the fireplace mantle, a LEGO paper chain between them, and 56 LEGO gingerbread houses inspired by the US states and territories. Photos and more details can be found on the People Magazine website. What an inspiration to start working on some LEGO decorations around the home! Toa Smoke Monster
It's really cool that Lego pieces were used to make these decorations, especially for The White House. I almost wish that Gingerbread house was an actual set, because it looks really good. Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story. Ta-metru_defender
I love how close People gets to the 'proper' usage of Lego, capitalizing it but still saying "LEGOS" instead of "LEGO Bricks>" 1 Quote Hand-drawn, bespoke avatar by none other than Mushy the Mushroom. a body adrift in water, salt, and sky
