It feels like it's been nearly a month since the last project on LEGO Ideas achieved ten thousand votes of support, but that wait is now over! Go check out I Am Your Father by szabomate90, the newest addition to the 10k club. While I don't foresee it becoming an actual LEGO model since it's based on Star Wars - an active LEGO license - it's certainly an awesome depiction of one of the most iconic scenes in movie history. My favorite part is the sloping of the structure that the catwalk comes out of with all of its interesting compound angles. Even if it doesn't pass muster, perhaps we'll see the moment captured in a normal LEGO Star Wars set at some point soon!
