Tenebrae Invictus
A visually superb comic, especially for BZP, truly. However, I find this more of an ironic, sort of comedic story more than a mystery for the readers. Justax-Kal
Okay... wow. That looks fantastic. I only wish more of us could pull off that level of work. All the little details like the webs and cracks help add atmosphere to already beautiful setting and characters.I thought those feet looked odd, until I saw the last panel (where Takua used "Jala") and realized you were using the Mctoran style. So there goes that possible complaint.Your ending was a great, too. I don't understand why anyone would put that on the back, but it's great for humor. I want to go find that place now... If only.J-K out. Quote Sort of retired
Kaleidoscope Tekulo
Wow, your artwork is amazing! There's a ton of detail in there and the visuals are beautiful (page 2 just made my jaw drop). What I don't like about this comic, however, is Takua's mask. He just doesn't look like Takua to me (Jaller looks like Jaller, though). Sorry it's not very specific... I think it might be the length of his mask or maybe it's just different from the Pakari I'm used to seeing. The ending was humorous and abrupt (I wasn't too keen on that, either), but taking it for what it is; a short comic about Takua dragging Jaller on some random adventure, I think it holds up. ^^ After all, that quality of work looks like it takes time, and I'd imagine there wouldn't be enough time to do something dragged out. The story is simple, but I think it works quite well (and the artwork alone is certainly worth the read).Good luck in the contest! ^^ Quote Executive Vice President of Tomato Throwing
