To be honest, it doesn't look like a beetle to me, but I like it, one way or another. More oddly, I like green-red combo, which I always thought to be disgusting. However, it's still too much simple to be a masterpiece. 8/10

I really like the use of the corroder head, it makes it look like a rhinoceros beetle. I also like the body design. 7/10

Ha, clever. Colors work pretty well, and even tough don't resemble exactly a beetle, works for an alien Bionicle/universe beetle thing. I only think you shouldn't let the inner structure so exposed, it looks gappy. Try using HF armor in the next (fi you make a next), will look better.
