Whether or not there are going to be any comedy contests anytime soon are completely up to Schizo Kaita, but this is just an idea. What if there was a narrative, one-post comedy contest?
Narrative, because when you write narratively, you put more work and thought into your story. It can help prevent utter randomness, too.

I have a question for thou, O great members-with-knowledge. In the reading of signatures, I hath noticed many with rule-breaking banners or texteths. But, wheneverso I reporteth them, nothingeth happens.
So far, I have sent mine these reports of mine to Sir -Kex- and Master Omicron. But nothing hath come of them. The violating signatures stay yet.
Hast anyone any advice on signature reports?

Well, the finals for the S&T story contest are up, and I made it!
"Tentacles" is entry number seven in the Mata Nui Final Poll.
At this moment, I'm in third with fifteen, while The Trigger's "The Invention of Mounted Crab Kolhii" is in second with sixteen. I didn't even know mounted crab kolhii was an actual sport. I need to read through that Bionicle Encyclopedia again.

Did you ever think about how wonderful our Blog Staff is?
They pay close attention to your reports and are quick to respond. I can't imagine how many Private Messages they must get every day, both from reports and normal member chat.
It must take a lot of time to go through all the blogs, skimming entries and glancing in on comments to make sure nothing is amiss. And yet they do it without complaint. I admire that.

This entry's for thequizzery.com. Most people don't think about it as they make a quiz, but a lot of work went into the making of that site. Imagine how long it must have taken to arrange the quiz codes, and the time it must take to patrol the quizzes.
Twenty-two categories. Thousands of quizzes. It's positively amazing how Jamie's site has rocketed---and quite a few of the quizzery members are BZPers!
It must take up quite a bit of bandwidth. And yet the site remains standing.

Everyone has read of the adventures of the Toa Mahri in Mahri Nui. And if you haven't, shame on you.

Okay, I just had a brilliant idea!
I was thinking how un-original it is to simply take a song from Veggietales and use it for the server song, although it does apply. So here's my idea. Members (other than LarryBoy or myself) can write poems, limericks, haikus, or songs about the busy server message. Without flaming, of course. A song entitled, "How Much I Hate the Busy Server Messages," wouldn't really work. Just a little thing I could use in the Busy Server Content Block. An example:
