I am confused by the 1^infinity indeterminate form. I know how to prove that the limit as x goes to infinity of 1^x equals 0, but the limit as x goes to 0 of (x + 1)^(1/x) equals e. Anyone with more calc knowledge know why this is?
Welp, I'm leaving tomorrow morning to go hunting. First trip ever, so I'm pretty excited. Won't get back until late Wednesday. Then I leave the next day to go to New York to check out more colleges. Busy week much?
So for those who don't know, I'm a huge LOTR fanboy. And have been following The Hobbit progress like a hawk. They recently released another production video which came with a nice surprise. It turns out, that since filming is being done in 3D, that the two main concept artists John Howes and Alan Lee have been drawing their concepts in 3D. As seen here. I do not even understand how that's possible. One took the red image, and one took the cyan image, and they hand drew in 3D! That's crazy. Als

My school is dumb. I went in to take a calc test today. Since it's an online class, I'm supposed to bring an exam pass with me. It being early in the morning, I forgot it. Usually this would be a non-issue, I just go to the computer lab and print out a new one, right? I go to the computer lab to find out you need a student ID to use the printer. You don't need the information on the ID, the machine will actually not function unless you swipe a card. But hey, all is not lost, I can go to the stu
Welp, I'm finally in South Carolina. And there's INTERNET!! (obviously) However, as I'm going to a Clemson game tomorrow, (go tigers), I will not be able to watch ponies until Saturday night. So please everpony. Easy on the spoilers.
On my way to SC to visit Clemson University. Nine hour road trip! There better be internet at my Great Aunts house, or I won't be able to watch the next MLP until Tuesday. Not to mention I missed this week's Naruto.
