Correspondingly, I have spent a sleepless night. Didn't even try to sleep. Didn't feel all that sleepy to begin with. Full moons do that to me. I did, however, fulfill my body's earnest demand for sleep from about 8:30 to about 13:30 today. So I'm running on five hours of sweet oblivion and two cups of mocha.

I've been known on this site by the handle BCii for many years. It always felt appropriate, from the day I came up with it. To those who wonder what it means, I can't give you a straight answer. Well, not now. But I was when this happened.
Last night -- well, OK, this morning -- I was dreaming that I was with my family (impossible in real life, since they're approximately 4,316 miles away), but then I realized that I was supposed to help my cousin move today (true in real life). I looked at the clock and I was like 'cause it was well into the afternoon already. Then I looked again.
I finally finished my rune set. They ain't pretty, but they'll do the job.

Lately I seem to have been seeing eagles / eagle-like birds of prey a lot, in both my waking and dreaming life. The same goes for the peacock / phoenix. I feel this may have meaning. My dream book says the eagle represents freedom of one's inner feelings and the flight of lofty thoughts, whereas the peacock or phoenix is a sign of good fortune in all areas of life.
By the way, check out the two birds in my avatar. This is pure (probably meaningless and far-fetched) coincidence.
