I built some bots, you can click these three words for the topic.
*awkward pause*
My day reminds me of Arthur Dent's transient existence in Mostly Harmless: Since 9:30 this morning I have been/will be riding the bus from place to place, from the dentist to my IT class to the library to some local restaurant where I plan to grab dinner to youth group tonight and finally back home around 9:30 PM.
Oy.

My entry, Sea Station N.A.M.O.R. is 95% done. I only need to add a door, a couple tiles on the roof, and two-to-four shock-absorbent pilings to protect the station from undersea earthquakes, then I'll be done. Speaking of BrickFest, which I wasn't, does anyone who might be reading this blog have a link to pictures of the Bionicle table? I can't seem to find any on Brickshelf.
Thanks,
Arpy
Yes, you thought I had forgotten, didn't you? Well, I did. But only for a little bit. Actually, I just wanted to dump these thread-related cat pictures on you before Lent starts:

Use them well.

Yeah, positively miniscule.
Anyway, I am editing pictures of my Toa, making little lol's as a result of the SW quasi-prank, and I made an awesome HG2G CS spray to enhance my manly geek powers.

Click this entire entry for a link to my latest MOC, the Stupidity-Challenged Automated Transport!
It's a sort of concept car that I built for a contest on another Lego site.

And since four-fifths of my siblings are gone camping with my Dad and our dog, Lego productivity is up, annoyance levels are down, and I'm feeling pretty relaxed right now. Oh, and I'm starting a computer class tomorrow. Still not quite clear on what I'll be doing, but I get really good certification which should help me get into college someday.

I forgot what I wanted to blog about yesterday, so instead I'll blog about the monthly movie marathon thing we had last night/this morning. The girls went to their bedroom in the middle of the third movie (The Emperor's New Groove, because I felt we needed something brighter and more obnoxious after watching Batman Begins), around 12:30, and stayed up for another hour talking about whatever it is girls talk about. The guys, meanwhile, stayed up until something like 3:00, with practically no soci
Why post an entry this late? Because in addition to their nutritional value, blog entries are great for bringing attention to stuff I just noticed while surfing BZP extremely early in the morning, like NNH's Lego comedy, Exo-Farce. With episode names like "The Beginner's Guide To Breaking Elderly Friends and Assorted Freaks out of a Heavily Armed Robot Base" and "Lots of Guns And Explosions",[hikaru] you know it's, like, gonna be, like, totally awesome. [/hikaru] Plus, the personalities NNH has
Yes, plugs in the plural! Firstly it would be extremely awesome if you would vote for me in the final here. I need to maintain my tradition of only placing at odd numbers in these contests.
Secondly, I completed my story for SSC#5 in an extremely rushed sort of way, and it can be found here.
First Hamster Census taken
By Hurling Frootmig, Editor-in-chief
The results of the first-ever hamster census were released Tuesday by researchers at the University of Maximegalon's MISPWOSO. The census was conducted over the last two months, involving over 15,000 hamsters and revealing absolutely nothing that wasn't known, except for the fact that every hamster has 0.9 littermates and a carrot, as evidenced by the following diagram:

So anyway, I went to a cousin's wedding last weekend. It was in Leavenworth, Washington, a town which is, IMO, quaint, rustic, and all the other adjectives that are generally used to describe towns of this type.
Leavenworth has a strong German-heritage deal going on, doe to the fact that it transformed itself into a mock Bavarian village in the late 1960's to revitalize its economy. What this means is, every business on the main stre
Yeah, with a title like that you just know it's going to be a fun entry..
Anyway, I came back from DC only to fall victim to the colds that were plaguing my family while I was on the other side of the country Marching, eating pizza and touristifying. This is one of those colds that makes your head feel like it's filled with some sinister substance that would like nothing more than to ooze out your nostrils, or else build up inside your sinuses until your head explodes. It's still much better th
Happy birthday BZP! Maybe it's just force of habit, but I'd like to think there's something else about this site that's kept pulling me back all these years. I'll let you know if I figure out what that is. And on a considerably more serious note, my heart goes out to the victims and families involved in the CO theater shooting. It saddens me to think that we live in a world where senseless, horrible things like this can happen.
