Another RPG contest, and I enter again. From the time I started RPing, I have only missed entering two contests. In past contests, I entered such RPGs as A Universe Divided, which to my astonishment made it to the finals (it stinks, just ftr). Then I flipflopped between a BZP themed RPG and a HF crossover, and ended up submitting a revised AUD. I didn't win, thankfully, as I had no skill at GMing and no idea where the plot would go. Okay. So we just discovered this.
The vet told us that our cat had detached retinas, as his eyes wouldn't dilate.
So now:
1) His eyes dilate
2) he has some sight, if we wave our hand a half foot in front of his face, he will follow it!
So that's good news at least.

Was just reading Lady K's Consideration in Posting blog entry. It may be directed at GA, but I find it fits the current state of the library (Not talking about comedies, I have no idea what's going on over there.) very well.

I hate summer. Granted, there is a lack of schoolwork, which is nice. But the blazing heat and the humidity makes up for that plus.
Especially when you live in an attic room. To put it simply, going up there during the day feels like entering an oven (I need to try to cook something up there )
So, yeah. I can't wait for winter.
So we took Gandalf to the vet today. (He hates cat carriers with a passion, I can tell you that.)
Good news:
1) We got his claws trimmed there.
2) We found out he was a he.
Bad news:
3) He's blind.
Yeah, we're going to have to keep him inside pretty much full time now.

-Grenades: 100%. They attack at random, but there's only a one in ten chance of them hitting an enemy if it's the only one left.
-Respawn for enemies: I'm saying about 10%. The prototype has been made, but it needs a lot of improvement.

Well, not quite lonely, I was with my brother, but still... There were broken trees everywhere. We still don't have power, and the snow hasn't melted much. I made quite a bit of money off this storm, but it's still annoying. I also don't have much internet time because of this.
Well, we had to take him back to the humane society temporarily on Thursday. Their vets checked him out, and now he's back here, but with more pills to take. he hates taking pills. A lot. And He's going to have to take 4 a day. Poor Shadow.
People, they're original Comedies, not plagiarization. Because, you know, all stories are based in some ways off others. Movie spoofs, Ask comedies, and a million others. Just because they aren't as good as the original Curse you comedy in your book, that doesn't mean they aren't better, it doesn't mean they stink, and it doesn't mean you can insult them mindlessly.

Yep, my cat batted an ornament, it fell down. I brushed against it, the tree fell down. I swear, it was staying up by some miracle, that's how badly we had set the base.
On another note, don't expect any MOCs from me for a very long time. You see, I still haven't been able to even upload the pics of my Brickcon MOCs. We lost our camera cord.
