I did the thing. There's now a BZPower group on Bungie.net So if you have a Bungie account you can join. I'm not sure how successful this will be, but it's worth a shot, right? And currently it's closed and hidden, if you want to join you can shoot me a pm and I'll approve you after that. Just to make sure it is in fact BZP people signing up, as anyone else signing up would just defeat the purpose.
Uuuuuuuugggghhhh. There are currently 5 bus routes running in my city. There are usually like 30. Probably more. I could count them if I wanted to. But now 5 of them are running, on a Sunday schedule, by people they had to pull from a differant city. And there is no schedule for sundays until whenever there is again, which predictions say could be a month from now. This is going to be fun. It's a good thing nobody uses the bus. That last part was sarcasm, if you didn't catch on.
Wow, that final boss was.... not good... The entire game led up to that fight, made a massive deal of it, and it happens, and it's just basically another blight type fight. Plus, if you actually do the blight fights, half his health gets taken out before you even touch him. (Apparently if you don't do those fights, you have to fight them at the end). I'm really enjoying this game, I haven't enjoyed a Zelda game this much since I played Windwaker. But... The problems I have with it are starting to grate on me. The weapon "durability" system is getting extremely annoying. And the stamina meter really, *really* needs to not ever be used again. So I recently discovered my Pokemon ranger game allows me to get an event deoxys. If I downloaded the event 2 years ago. Which I did not. Why do the insist on doing this sort of thing? It makes no sense... Yet another reason I'm not particularly fond of Nintendo at times...
I'm curious about the new one that's coming out, and I tried the demo for MH3, and enjoyed the little bit I've played of it. (I was also beyond awful at it, but, you know, you get used to being bad at games after awhile.) So, if I do decide to pick these up, what should I be expecting? So, I finally convinced a friend of mine to go shooting with me. So I FINALLY get To test my new bow and my new arrows for my old bow. And with some quick calculations I think they're long enough. But barring actually pulling it back with an arrow I can't tell for sure. And than there's the fact that I can't go to the range on a regular basis. I'm stuck on the back to back battles with Mistral and jet-stream Sam. I can take Mistral down pretty easily with little damage to my health bar and no nanopastes wasted, but I just can't figure out the other guy. Am I supposed to be able to parry all of his attacks? Because he attacks, I parry he attacks again, I can't parry then he starts a combo and I'm stunned and can't do anything about it.
