The gameplay is tight and fantastic. The story... not so much. The problem seems to be that it was trying to make you the hero, but it couldn't because than the story makes no sense. Not to mention that guardians are made out be literally unkillable. Which generates a heck of a lot more issues. And add that to the fact that nothing the story says you do can possibly have any effect on the actual game, even if it should. But yeah. I'm not dissapointed, but the story was less then I was hopin
I'm honestly not surprised. I liked some of the 2015 sets and bought some of them, but the 2016 sets where mostly not to my liking. I don't even know what's happened in the story. I was a little sad about the news but I heard of some of the situations with the sets being not released in certain regions so I'm not surprised. If nothing else the '15 Gali set was phenomenal so I have that to remember it by.
This looks really cool, it has a pretty good selection of games, is pretty cheap, all things considered and the controller is cool. But I feel it accentuates just how expensive the games are to obtain on Nintendo's other hardware. At $5 a pop it would cost $150 to buy them all, assuming they're all available. I understand it took work creating the emulator and putting everything together, but that is one heck of a price difference. And since it is so cheap, I bet it's going to be a long time b
Uuuuuuuugggghhhh. There are currently 5 bus routes running in my city. There are usually like 30. Probably more. I could count them if I wanted to. But now 5 of them are running, on a Sunday schedule, by people they had to pull from a differant city. And there is no schedule for sundays until whenever there is again, which predictions say could be a month from now. This is going to be fun. It's a good thing nobody uses the bus. That last part was sarcasm, if you didn't catch on.
I'm stuck on the back to back battles with Mistral and jet-stream Sam. I can take Mistral down pretty easily with little damage to my health bar and no nanopastes wasted, but I just can't figure out the other guy. Am I supposed to be able to parry all of his attacks? Because he attacks, I parry he attacks again, I can't parry then he starts a combo and I'm stunned and can't do anything about it. (The stunned mechanic is the absolute worst) I can get him down to between 10% and 20% and then he

So apparently there is now a digital version of Terraria on 3DS. which I had no idea was happening but here we are. For reasons I do not understand, physical versions are coming for both the Wii U and the 3DS, but the 3DS version is priced at $20 for the digital version, while the physical version is $30, and it's releasing the end of February. I understand charging more for a physical version, but why more then 3 months after the digital version?
So I got a call from sonic asking me for an interview. Shortly after the interview I was notified that I did indeed get the job and I needed to fill out some paperwork to finish the process. So. From an article I read Nintendo won't be releasing DLC because people will complain that they didn't pay for a complete experience. So the solution is to lock away the only DLC charecter mentioned by putting it behind the pretty massive Paywall of another game. But at least nobody can say they didn't get a complete game. So a solid 4 days before the date of my first class, and the day the semester starts, I am being informed via email that the book I rented from amazon (As a new copy was $50 more then the class and used was a bit lower) is now no longer being used in the class. Rather they are telling me that I need to purchase a digital version of the book as it's cheaper or something. You can't possibly imagine my excitement. Edit: It's roughly double the price. Woo.

Anyone here have any experience using a Dualshock 3 controller on PC with Steam? What's the best course of action? I'm halfway decent with hardware issues, but this is a software issue so my solution of wanting to chuck the controller to the other side of the room probably won't help.
