"See Me, Feel Me\Listening to You"
From the album Tommy
Composed by Pete Townshend
See Me ... Feel Me
Touch Me ... Heal Me
See Me ... Feel Me
Touch Me ... Heal Me
Listning to you, I get the music
Gazing at you, I get the heat
Following you, I climb the mountain
I get excitement at your feet
Right behing you, I see the millions
On you, I see the glory
From you, I get opinions
From you, I get the story
Listning to you, I get the music
Gazing at you, I get the heat

I am so happy. Oh, I am so happy. I have never been happier in my entire life.
I don't think I'll stop being this happy either!
Euphoria. Euphoria.
Oh there are troubles in life. There are troubles. But that's okay. Troubles are for overcoming.

This keychain basically summarizes the three core tenants of my life philosophy.
Six billions thank-yous to NIKIRA for sending it to me. Have I mentioned she is the greatest? She is the greatest. I love her. You might say I'm in love with her. It feels weird to type 'Nikira' instead of her real name! She is so great.
Way back in December of 2009, a dear friend of mine known as LehvakLah on these forums (but by other monikers offline) shared with me a link. It was to a quasi-interactive comic with charmingly simplistic art and a creatively curious interface. It was called MS Paint Adventures. As I recall, she shared also with me a link to Beyond the Canopy that evening. I skimmed both lightly and was marginally delighted by my cursory perusal. As I trusted her judgement and was already amused by what lit

Why didn't anybody tell me how great the new My Little Pony show is?!
My older sister was crazy about the original MLP growing up and I used to watch it with her, and I honestly really liked it - lots of fond memories of the show. Some of you might remember that I've donned MLP avatars and signatures before in the past, long before the infamous 80s Month.
So when I heard of this new show, I thought there was no way it could be as good as the original.
I WAS WRONG.

Elsewhere I just had a discussion wherein I said "Everybody on BZPower ballyhoos about wanting Bionicle to return, but let's be honest here, Throwbots Redux would kick eight times as much [posterior]." But then I realized, you know what would be even better than that? BRING BACK CYBER SLAM
I really do post far too many entries solely about music. The reason for this is the importance of the art form to me: music is a very big part of my life. The medium is so versatile; it can be simple entertainment, it can be a complex masterpiece, it can tell a story, it can be be laden with pure emotion, or it can be a mix of all of these. The possibilities are endless.
I am one of those people who always has a song playing in his head. Music moves me in a way nothing else can. Some
Our production of Tartuffe debuts next week. It is going to be amazing. The entire cast is stellar (Kevin, who plays the title role, will especially rake in laughs with his character's utter affectation); I think we're really bringing to life a wonderful rendition of this classic, brilliant satire. We've been practicing for months in preparation for the four nights of show--we'll be in dress rehearsals every night this week, too, right up to the show itself!
We'll be putting the show on
Hey guys
Given my nature, I deal in overly-verbose analogies often. But I'm going to strip that down for a moment and just be earnest. This is an appreciation entry for someone here on BZPower that I think is really cool - and also of whom I'm very proud. He's been known by many names here, including Degeneration-X, DX: Legend of Love, Heat Miser, Aho-Chan, and more, but I'm just going to call him Corey.
I could whip out the comparisons to records and plants and favours from Marilyn, an
Propaganda. Elections. War. Economics. Corruption. People. Too many people, making too many problems. And yet amidst it all there's still me and there's still you. And are we not of worth?
Sides, sides, sides, everyone talks about sides and all the sides are wrong. It's not about sides. Only when we realize that can this land of confusion become so much less confusing.
Don't you see? It's not about fighting. Why is everyone fighting?? Why does everyone want to fight??? Let's
Kame is wonderful! For many reasons, but specifically this moment because he has ended a years-long quest of mine.
I may have previously mentioned my intense love of the English band The Kinks. They were a criminally underrated group of fantastic musicians and were far more influential than they're often given credit for--and due to their fade from the public eye, their albums are often very, very difficult to find these days. This is an incredible shame.

My grandfather passed away this weekend.
I'm not posting this as a plea for pity or condolences or anything; I'm not moping or crying. I've already cried; I'm not clinging to the past now. This is something that has been coming for a very long time; he's been in extremely poor health for years and been especially bad these past nine months, in and out of the hospital constantly. Grandpa had the strength of an ox, and he fought it off for a very long while, but it was just his time. He's n
Okay, I was getting tired of dealing with it constantly in the News Discussion forum, but today I had to deal with it in Comedies and that just pushed me over the brink. Effective immediately, in every forum I moderate, I will take PE from anyone who seriously insults another country, no questions asked. The amount of proto I take will depend upon the severity of the transgression.
Thanks guys, I knew you'd understand.
"Baba O'Reily" by the Who
Composed by Pete Townshend
Out here in the fields
I fight for my meals
I get my back into my living
I don't need to fight
To prove I'm right
I don't need to be forgiven, yeah yeah yeah yeah, yeah
Don't cry
Don't raise your eye
It's only teenage wasteland
Sally, take my hand
We'll travel south cross land
Put out the fire, and don't look past my shoulder
The exodus is here
The happy ones are near
Let's get together before we get much older
