THE LIME GREEN PIECES IN SETS ARE NOT FAULTY. It's the long double-ball sockets in general -- those have been the only pieces that have broken on me, and none have been lime green; they've been black, sand blue, gunmetal and transparent ice blue. Today, I finally wrote that short story about Karzahni, Artakha and the Mask of Creation that I previewed about a little while back (and gave it a less controversial title).
I do believe that was among the best things I've ever written. Even my mother, who reads a lot and can be picky, said I should make a copy and keep it for reference when a college or whatever will want examples of my work (I had her proofread). Plus, I think it has the best fight scene I've ever written.

Sorry for lack of activity today -- much happened. First, our mom decided to be nice and drove up to the nearest LEGO store in Bridgewater, NJ. There, we picked up Lesovikk, Karzahni and Maxilos. Sadly, Hydraxon and Gadunka weren't there. Then, later, we went to our aunt's birthday party.
Anyway, my brother built Lesovikk, so I can't comment on him. Karzahni is awesome, though. He's bulky, but the size of his head makes it look good. It's actually wider than I had thought. His chains are cool

I just saw the new Die Hard tonight. It was freaking awesome. It's not as good as the first, simply because that was the first and it had Alan Rickman, but it was still amazing.
Go see it. It is definitely worth the money.

Transformers has consumed my life. I loved that movie. I found myself watching the original movie from the 80's a couple days ago. And that Armada game, though I've never seen that series, is extremely fun.

I need some help on this one game. I doubt many people have even heard of it, let alone played it, but hope springs eternal, as they say. It's based on the newer series Transformers: Armada. Never watched it, but my brother had the game, and the new movie made me want to play it.

Today is the day we have my brother's graduation party at our house. We're expecting between 40-50 people, not including those five of us that live here. I suck with large crowds.

So, just a few minutes ago, The Guardian went off on TV. For those of you who have yet to see this movie, you simply must see it. It is SO good. Usually I'm not a huge fan of Ashton Kutcher, since a lot of his movies are stupid, but he was really good with Kevin Costner in this.
It's about the United States Coast Guard. There's no way I can describe it other than amazing. I'm not affected much by movies, but the end almost made me cry.

My uncle grew up with the original Transformers show -- he's obsessed with it. Therefore, he wants to see the new movie completely unbiased with no information or opinions about it. He said he'd wait for the DVD if he had to. Fortunately, neither me nor my mom could allow such a thing.
So, this Tuesday, we're taking him to see it for his birthday. Which gives me a reason to see it again.

I am now compelled to go out and buy the soundtrack to God of War II. You remember that one really long track on the Pirates 3 CD, "I Don't Think Now is the Best Time"? The one that pretty much outlines the entire maelstrom battle scene in the movie?
