Hey guys! So I'm being interviewed in a few days about the Best and Worst Video Games of 2012 (no idea why the school newspaper's doing an article on that, but no complaints here). So I'm reaching out to gauge opinions. So, to YOU, what would you rank as the BEST and WORST video games that were released this year? You can have multiple games under each category, I'm just looking to see what you all consider the top and bottom. ~|ET|~
I need help. I've got a paper to write and have no idea what kind of genre of music to even look at to find something that will work... Any advice from those of you more versed in music than I? TLDR version: 1. What does the text [lyrics] mean? 2. How does the music support the text? ~|ET|~
This is one seriously fun show and I don't know why I hadn't watched it sooner. I mean, I've been meaning to, but I just procrastinated so much from it. But I just got halfway through it (it's only one season, 25 episodes) and I'm simply loving it. And of course I want a bunch of the S.H.Figuarts for them now... Sigh... Really though, you all should watch it. ~|ET|~
Purely from my second-hand knowledge of Bond movies... I must say, Skyfall was a pretty good Bond movie. And was at the least pretty entertaining. ~|ET|~
What's all the hubbub about? I did that thing like a week ago. But really I hope those of you who could went out and exercised your rights. And that's all that need be said. We don't need to know who you voted for and why; we all have our reasons. So that was LOADS of fun! Not sure how I feel about Halo 4 multiplayer yet really, since I was up against some good people, but it's definitely going to be a big change. And will take some getting used to. And six copies given away?? Yeah that was crazy. Can't wait to get my copy tomorrow now. ~|ET|~
I hadn't realized just how bad the Limited Edition was. :| I'm probably going to try and return it as soon as I get it. And exchange for the standard edition if at all possible, but I don't see that likely. So looks like I won't be owning it for a while... At least I'll get to play it via the launch party I'm hosting Monday... And the pre-order bonuses were pretty lame too so I'm not worrying about those. ~|ET|~

So there's a toy show going on in Japan for Tamashii Nations. And they're showing off their new D-Arts. I showed you Mewtwo already. Well now here's Charizard! Blastoise and Venusaur are above them (and you can even see their feet), but no pics yet. They also apparently have a Pikachu in there somewhere. So some of you may have noticed me posting pictures in my haul threads of some Digimon figures. They're from a line called "D-Arts," which is all about highly-poseable, highly-accurate, highly-detailed action figures from games. The most popular sub-line right now is for Megaman, but they also have Persona characters and more in the line. We haven't heard anything on the Digimon in a while, which is where my interest lies. After getting my whole team to level 60, I finally chose to face the Elite Four. I actually had some difficulty given half of them are weak to the Psychic and Ghost members, but I pulled it off with no problem. But then I saved my game and for most of the day studied for an exam... That took 3.5 hours... So as a victory celebration for completing it I faced Iris. And won! Really didn't get to play much yesterday, and when I did itw as slow grinding. But that's fine because tomorrow I have a 24-hour gaming marathon in which I'll have plenty of time to stop being scared and face the Elite Four! Oh, I also fiiiinally thought of a nickname for my Espeon! Now if only I could do the same for Lucario and Electabuzz before I go after the E4... Well White Kyurem was an absolute joke. My Lucario beat it with just a drain punch and an aura sphere. Ghetsis, on the other hand... While not as hard as the previous game, he still nearly wiped me out. And then I actually had quite a difficult time in Victory Road. Up until now I had been keeping my entire team pretty well leveled above what I expected. But now half of them are below that. So as soon as I got through there I just went back to making movies. Caught Cobalion and Virizion. Having legendaries (besides the version mascots) basically forced upon you is quite different from any other game, but it made them feel actually important for once. So I liked that. Granted I'm not using them but still. Also beat Drayden for my 7th badge! And then Team Plasma had to ruin all of the fun. And it's about time they did!
