Kopaka and Krika are the only two guys left in Karda-Nui. Everyone else killed each other. Krika is just about to kill Kopaka when Mata-Nui's alarm clock goes off and he wakes up. Seeing Krika, he fires a blast of super energy at the Makuta which kills Kopaka too. Then Takanuva arrives, after 42 brief stops in other dimensions (Such as the dimension where Golyo gave Kivi three widgets instead of four for his Mahi Goat), and seeing that everyone is
Kopeke suddenly arrives in Karda-Nui, revealing himself to be a shape shifted Teridax. The cloud of Antidermis that we thought was Teridax was actually Icarax, on a super secret mission. The Icarax like guy in Karda-Nui turns out to be Kojol, who was actually still alive. But then the Ignika turns black and everyone dies, so it doesn't really matter.
It all makes sense!
Everyone in Karda-Nui dies. The OoMN, BoM, DH, and Bohrok with their steampunk shotgunz* all wipe each other out. Teridax becomes the ultimate ruler of the universe, tormenting Mata-Nui with dreams of terror.
