Vote For Me

I'm not running for anything, and I need your vote to not win what I'm not running for. If I don't get your vote, I can't not win, and if I can't not win, then not running isn't worth not doing. So when you go to the polls today, don't vote for my opponent.   Remember, a vote for me is a vote not for you.   ©1984-2008 Toaraga EAM   This message paid for by that large sack of cash I found... and a bad typist.

Unknown Drawing I Made

I don't think I was drawing anything in particular (as per usual custom). Also, I did somewhat clean it up after scanning it.   ©1984-2008 Toaraga EAM

New Year, New Color

It's probably a more subtle orange, verging on yellow-orange, but it's probably easier on the eyes.   ©1984-2009 Toaraga EAM

Two Whole Years

I think I can make an entry like this every few months or so for various events...   Anyhow, I've been a staff member on BZPower for two years now (time not exact).   It's been some ride, eh. I've been promoted twice in that time and seen lots of changes since then. It has been crazy though.   ©1984-2008 EAM ©2003-2008 Toaraga ©2006-2008

What Was I Thinking?

Pardon the previous entry; I just suffered through almost my entire shift of having the song play through a loop... if only my headphones had been working, then the suffering would have been tolerable. >_<   Anyway, everyone should know that Comic Sans MS is a terrible font to read lengthy things, such as posts or blog entries, in, but it's not too bad in small doses. I have been going over my past entries and ridding them of that atrocious sight.   I must say it's quite insightful to b

Chameleon Stole It!

Oh great, I have no Interests. I was just getting ready to copy and paste my interests back into the appropriate place when I discovered something.   Before that Spider Staff thing, I think I forgot to save my interests in my profile anywhere, and I can't remember what was there. I have no idea what I like, but if anyone else knows what I like, please me know, so that I may nod in agreement.   I guess this means I'm going to have actually think now... so much for having a computer screen tell

Limited Edition Oreo

*Starts singing Weird Al's "The White Stuff"*   Last Thursday, I was at my not-so-local Dollar Tree, and I noticed some Limited Edition Oreo Dulce de Leche Caramel Creme. It's chocolate and caramel, so I figured they were worth a try; after all, it was only $1. And it's Oreo... Oreo!   Let's just say, I'm glad they were only $1, and as I told my family, "They should stay limited." I don't really care for them, but every so often, I still find myself eating them. It's something to eat; although

Blahg Uv Tha Weak!

Much like the Super Bowl, it ends with Roman numerals. Honestly, I have no (useful) words for this award; although, having no words isn't much for me. A thanks is still in order... and a trip to Disney World/Land.   Also, let it be known that I do not stalk LEGO workers... I inconspicuously follow them from a distant. *Raises newspaper*     ©1984-2007 Toaraga EAM

To Be Or Not To P O T C

I have never seen Pirates of the Carribean, nor do I have any future intention to see it. If I want to see it, I have access to it, but I don't want to see it.   That's the voice of independence and decision-making telling me to be different.   But that didn't stop me from making this:   I made it before the second movie came out: the joke was too good to pass up.   ©1984-2006 Toaraga EAM

The Few, The Proud, The Lego Employees

Okay, so by now, we all that Greg Farshtey is both staffed by LEGO and a member of BZP, but how many people know there are other people that work with or for LEGO? There are lesser known people than him, but without their contributions, BIONICLE wouldn't continue to be what it is.   With that said, I've decided to make it my duty to dedicate a block to these hard-working individuals. If you look to the right, you'll see their BZP Username and what they do in the real world that has to do with

I don't actually remember when or why exactly I made this image, but it probably had something to do with politics.

Ball's In Whose Court?

Honestly, I don't know what sport the people who use this phrase play/watch, but I'm pretty sure the ball stays in one court throughout a single game. They have some serve/pass if they're getting the ball all the way to another court... or they're aim is way off. I don't think I've ever actually used this phrase; at least, I don't recall doing that.  You lost the metaphor.   ©1984-2009 Toaraga EAM

Laugh-nesia: It's That Funny

"That's so funny I forgot to laugh." That's got to be one of the stupidest phrases I have ever heard: it never actually made any sense to me. I am aware that when people say that phrase, they are usually being sarcastic, but for the love of humor, they should at least say something that makes sense.   That gets me to thinking though. What if there really were comedians walking around telling jokes that made people forget what they should do? "He said something funny; am I supposed to sneeze?"

Texas State Fair Is For Fun-fried Experiments

I have not been to my state fair in years, but each year, I hear about some other food substance that is being fried. There's ice cream, Snickers, green beans, mac & cheese, and now I'm even hearing about Coke.   My stomach hurts now from the thought of all that fried stuff; is there anything consumable they won't try frying?   ©1984-2006 Toaraga EAM

I Have An Announcement!

I've decided to announce that I'm going to call a press conference to announce my decision to announce my announcement at the press conference. Therein, I shall make my announcement about my decision announced. After my announcement, I shall open the floor to questions, but only after you announce that your going to ask them at your own press conference.   That is all.   ©1984-2009 Toaraga EAM

Master Chief Stole My Life!

Halo 3 is full of win... and lose... and a whole bunch of ties. (Darn that Team Objective Matchmaking!) The multiplayer things are just so much fun except for the Team Tactical playlist, which seems to be nothing but a gametype called "Eliminatio." The point is to get five kills each round before the other team; sure it's somewhat fun, but what's the point of having only one gametype in a differently-named playlist? Why not just call it "Team Eliminatio"?   I think one of the pointless yet kind

The Same Thing We Do Every Night

To think: this last week was like a parking lot with all the blogs. But now that all the other cars have left, I can find where I parked. Darn Omi keeps parking in the Fire Lane though.   Anyway, if you know that phrase in my title, you should be able to figure out where I'm going. (Gasp, the title matches the content and isn't totally silly... how unlike me.) Two of my favorite shows have finally come out on DVD: Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain.   It's about time: the shows haven't been o

Do I Care? I Care-a-lot.

For those that have been paying attention to my current avatar, you should have figured out that I do indeed like Care Bears (and even the lesser Care Bear Cousins). Laugh if you must, but I've been collecting the stuffed animals and a few other memorabilia since I was a little kid... you already know I collect BIONICLE sets, so there's no shame in your knowing this. (Who can resist such cute faces with tongues sticking out?) Mind you, I collect the real deal, not the recent comeback specials th

Mahalis, Eat Your Heart Out.

Through a little difficulty due to file errors (corruption or some such), I have expanded on some of Mahalis' work.   Year 1-4: (It just goes through each year I've been here.)   Year 1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4: (This one basically does a counting thing, adding a year each time.)   Support Team/Forum Assistant, Moderator/Forum Leader: (Transition seems less subtle than the other two, but it's only shifty colors, as opposed to spinning.)   Then there's this:   ©1984-2008 Toaraga EAM

Giving Back To The Community...

Is a bit misleading. Now don't get me wrong; there's nothing wrong with community service or volunteering your time, but using said phrase is only valid if the community actually gave you something directly or you took something without permission (for shame). How can you realistically give back when you were never given anything in the first place? If you must give back, be sure you give of equal or greater value or as much as you can anyway; otherwise, you might as well not give anything b
