In terms of changing fundamental aspects of Doctor Who, Russell T. Davies did more than Steven Moffat. I'm not trying to advocate for Moffat's writing; I find it tedious, prone to overly emotional appeals, filled with plot holes, and beset with pacing issues. We got an early start and headed out of Alabama, soon making it to the Georgia state line and the Eastern time zone.
