Frankly no. Though for the most part you are correct, they differed on issues. Including the draft, probably the biggest thing for me. Both politicians, therefore both liars, but I prefer what Obama says he can do and will try to do, or better put, says he won't do. That society tells you think outside the box, but when you come up with a clever answer in school or an unorthodox solution at work, you get detention at school or a docked paycheck at work or, if more serious, a suspension from school or get fired?
Also, why is the highest punishment in the school system suspension, which is fancy talk for being punished by being kept out of school?
