Emotional pain can be like a bad itch. Scratching might give momentary relief but then it comes back worse and after awhile you get bloody fingernails.
Unless of course you have some lotion.

On another note I got my lab-results back: I am in 100% good health, I'v got all my vaccinations, I'm absolutely fine.

Well, the recording session of my orchestra is done. I got to listen to a bit of what we played on the PC afterwards. If the whole thing is as good as the quality for that piece, it'll be an amazing CD that's gonna come from this.
Can't wait to get my hands on a copy of it (mainly because I do play a small solo-part in one track, but everything else rocks just as much)
