Geez, these past few days have been a bit intense...
So there's these bands called As Cities Burn and underoath, who both rock so extremely hard core, that are going to be in Atlanta on the 28 of June. However, they are playing at different times, and at different places, so we had to decide which one to go to. Graduation went by very quickly. I got many compliments on my speech, though my sisters of course had to ruin it by saying I spoke too fast. Afterwards we went to Applebee's (I didn't eat anything because I went to Chili's before the ceremony) then to a friends house and walked around his neighborhood at 11:00 at night.

So my sister calls me at 1PM to tell me that Coldplay announced an American tour recently and that they will be playing in New Orleans sometime in June. I don't really listen to Coldplay all that much, but I've been wanting to visit New Orleans for a while now. I might be able to take a friend or two, too, so that would make it ten times better.

So I enjoyed this movie. Minus the 10 minutes of video that were cut out because of a power outtage. Movies are different when you can only hear them, not watch and listen at the same time. And for the last 10 minutes or so the lights were on. But my suffering was not in vein, because I walked out of the theatre doors with a free movie ticket!

Guitar Hero is one of the greatest video games I have ever played. It's amazingly fun rocking out to those classic rock songs, such as Sweet Child O Mine, by none other than Guns N Roses. I don't know about where you guys live, but down here in Alabama the weather has been absolutely gorgeous this week. We've had the windows open in my house during the day. There is absolutely no humidity at night. It. is. marvelous.
The highs have only been in the mid 80s and the lows have been upper 60s. I love it. Driving with my windows down at night, blaring music like The Album Leaf, Sufjan Stevens, Tegan and Sara, and Eddie Vedder is an almost surreal experience.

So yesterday after my Astronomy class I got home and noticed the SNES that was sitting on a shelf in my room after my mom rediscovered it in a closet upstairs. I decided to hook it up to my TV and switch it on.
It still works.
But don't bump it, or else it will freeze.
I blew on the inside of my favorite SNES game: Super Mario RPG. This game is probably what really drove me to love and appreciate video games. Even as young as I was, I knew that I would be playing games from then on.
I normally don't update unless I have something specific to talk about. At the moment, I don't have much else to do so I will be writing this during loading screens in Oblivion.

As I mentioned earlier, I went on a trip to Six Flags over Georgia today. We arrived probably 15 minutes after they opened and somehow managed to find a close parking spot. So we entered the park and bee-lined for the newest coaster, The Goliath. Since this was our first ride of the day, we decided to go ahead and try to sit up front. We wait for our turn, and we go to put our backpack in the little cubbyhole thing they have sitting at the ride exit. I sit in my seat and strap myself in.

I played Excite Truck. Still can't believe how small the wii-mote is. I knew it would be small, but not that small. Maybe I just have big hands...Anywho, yeah, ExciteTruck wasn't as exciting as it could be. It'd make a pretty fun online game, or party game, of course. I wouldn't honestly pay more than $45 for it. The controls worked pretty well. I want to go back and play some more.

Today was not very fun.
We saw a dog get hit by a car, and as we drove by we noticed the dog was still alive and there was blood on the road. It quite literally made me nauseated along with everyone else in my car. I wanted to stop and help, but that would have been dangerous to my own safety.
I ended wasting a lot of gas tonight. Our church was canceled because our youth pastor had to go to a funeral, so we decided to go to some "haunted bridges". Of course, no one knew how to get there
