I'm Out'a Here...

Geez, these past few days have been a bit intense...   So there's these bands called As Cities Burn and underoath, who both rock so extremely hard core, that are going to be in Atlanta on the 28 of June. However, they are playing at different times, and at different places, so we had to decide which one to go to. I've basically been the one setting up everything, trying to get a bus from church and a driver. We decided to go to the underoath one, as As Cities Burn is going to be back in ATL by

Rewards

Graduation went by very quickly. I got many compliments on my speech, though my sisters of course had to ruin it by saying I spoke too fast. Afterwards we went to Applebee's (I didn't eat anything because I went to Chili's before the ceremony) then to a friends house and walked around his neighborhood at 11:00 at night.   So far, I've made approximately $1,060 from friends and family. Should be plenty to get a nice laptop in addition to the $700 my parents will pay. I've got to start on some T

On Relationships

I found this in a place I'd least expect it, but nonetheless I still believe it to be rather intriguing:

Coldplay

So my sister calls me at 1PM to tell me that Coldplay announced an American tour recently and that they will be playing in New Orleans sometime in June. I don't really listen to Coldplay all that much, but I've been wanting to visit New Orleans for a while now. I might be able to take a friend or two, too, so that would make it ten times better.   This totally makes up for the The Devil Wears Prada/A Day to Remember/Emarosa/Sky Eats Airplaine show I'm missing next weekend. But I'm still super

Senioritis

I've probably got the largest case known to mankind. It's gotten to the point where I don't pay one bit of attention in class.   Why do all the teachers have to decide to give us one last test before spring break? Physics, Brit. Lit, College Algebra, and Vocab all tomorrow? Geez, people.

Ratatouille

So I enjoyed this movie. Minus the 10 minutes of video that were cut out because of a power outtage. Movies are different when you can only hear them, not watch and listen at the same time. And for the last 10 minutes or so the lights were on. But my suffering was not in vein, because I walked out of the theatre doors with a free movie ticket!   I hadn't payed much attention to it before I had read reviews saying that it's another fine movie from the Pixar studios. If you liked their other movi

Speech!

I still downright hate giving speeches to groups of people. I've done it numerous times before and have done exceptionally well in some cases. It's just an innate fear I have no control over.   This is dumb.

"it's A Sin To Kill A Mockingbird..."

Guitar Hero is one of the greatest video games I have ever played. It's amazingly fun rocking out to those classic rock songs, such as Sweet Child O Mine, by none other than Guns N Roses. There are plenty of other songs to shred to, including Trogdor, as made famous by Strongbad. I would have bought this game a long time ago if I had a PS2, but luckily, they are making one for the Xbox360 which I believe is being released in March. That will own, especially since Xbox Live opens up the opportuni

Need Some Old Sets?

I really really really want to get rid of all of my old sets. If you want any, or know anyone that is looking for some of these sets, send them to my trade topic!   Linkage   Right now I currently have:   Some Vahki, all Hordika, all Metruan, Keetongu, Sidorak, some Bohrok and Bohrok-Kal, all Rahaga, Nidhiki, Dume/Nivawk, and a bunch of other rare collectible items.   Even if you don't like the prices, make an offer.   /plug

Weather Outside Is Delightful

I don't know about where you guys live, but down here in Alabama the weather has been absolutely gorgeous this week. We've had the windows open in my house during the day. There is absolutely no humidity at night. It. is. marvelous.   The highs have only been in the mid 80s and the lows have been upper 60s. I love it. Driving with my windows down at night, blaring music like The Album Leaf, Sufjan Stevens, Tegan and Sara, and Eddie Vedder is an almost surreal experience.   Today is October 1

Old School Gaming

So yesterday after my Astronomy class I got home and noticed the SNES that was sitting on a shelf in my room after my mom rediscovered it in a closet upstairs. I decided to hook it up to my TV and switch it on.   It still works.   But don't bump it, or else it will freeze.   I blew on the inside of my favorite SNES game: Super Mario RPG. This game is probably what really drove me to love and appreciate video games. Even as young as I was, I knew that I would be playing games from then on.

Back To School Update

I normally don't update unless I have something specific to talk about. At the moment, I don't have much else to do so I will be writing this during loading screens in Oblivion.   First off, Oblivion. For the most part, I really enjoy this game. The only major complaint I have about this game is that the enemies/monsters level with you. I shouldn't have to fight a level 20 sand crab. Fortunately for me, my Destruction skill is at 96 right now so I am rocking some pretty powerful spells. The co

All For A Bookbag

As I mentioned earlier, I went on a trip to Six Flags over Georgia today. We arrived probably 15 minutes after they opened and somehow managed to find a close parking spot. So we entered the park and bee-lined for the newest coaster, The Goliath. Since this was our first ride of the day, we decided to go ahead and try to sit up front. We wait for our turn, and we go to put our backpack in the little cubbyhole thing they have sitting at the ride exit. I sit in my seat and strap myself in.   One

I Need Some Techno Music

Alright guys,   I'm looking for some good ambient techno/remix albums. I like progressive metalcore, etc. and Bring Me the Horizon's Suicide Season Cut up! is a perfect example of what I like.   I also need some techno music (a la Daft Punk) that I can play while I study/relax.   If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

My Turn To Wii

Torhu, Kohaku and Toaraga all got to get their hands on a Wii demo, and finally, I did too...   I played Excite Truck. Still can't believe how small the wii-mote is. I knew it would be small, but not that small. Maybe I just have big hands...Anywho, yeah, ExciteTruck wasn't as exciting as it could be. It'd make a pretty fun online game, or party game, of course. I wouldn't honestly pay more than $45 for it. The controls worked pretty well. I want to go back and play some more.   So supposedly

Questions About Older Sets...

Did the Toa Hordika come with specific rhotuka? If so what are their codes? I need the codes for the black and white Visorak too.   Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm about to put my whole collection up for sale so I want to make sure I send the right things with the right sets.

Want Some Books?

Yes, you do.   And you will bid on them.   *jedimindtricksftw*   So my 360 won't play any games now. I guess I'll have to send it to Microsoft for them to repair.   Again.

Dragon Riders

So, who has seen the trailer for Eragon? Saphira looks amazing. Definately going to see that movie.   But of course, you guys have to read the book before you see the movie. Movies are the cheap way out of reading a great story. So yeah, read the books before you see the movie!

How Terrible

Today was not very fun.   We saw a dog get hit by a car, and as we drove by we noticed the dog was still alive and there was blood on the road. It quite literally made me nauseated along with everyone else in my car. I wanted to stop and help, but that would have been dangerous to my own safety.   I ended wasting a lot of gas tonight. Our church was canceled because our youth pastor had to go to a funeral, so we decided to go to some "haunted bridges". Of course, no one knew how to get there

Can't Get Much Better Than That

Good Lord, Wednesday was quite possibly the best day of my life.   So, I said earlier that I was going to a concert in Atlanta? Well, the band I went to see was FREAKING AMAZING. I'll go through the main parts of the day for you:   So, I meet up with my friends at 9AM at the Church. We stopped by Chic-fil-a to get a little something for one of my friends to eat, and then we were heading west towards Auburn. We were heading towards Auburn because we took a "college day" to go take a tour aroun

Too Coo Fo School

School starts tomorrow. Means I have to go to bed at an earlier time and wake up at a WAY earlier time. I won't be on BZP as much in the day, but I don't have a job yet, so once I get home from school I should be on for a while. Though, I need a job, soon, cause...I keep on SPENDING money...and I need to MAKE some money.
