Machinima. Yeah, that's right. The idea of making a (successful) videogame-esque film and doing some voice acting for it are right at the top of my "would like to do" list.

Unfortunately it's just not that easy to do. Especially with only one person. Unless I wanted to go the GMod route which already is a bit crowded for my tastes.

After picking up Section 8 during the Christmas/New Year Steam sale though, it occurred to me that it could quite possibly be useable for such if their were only ways to customize the look of the different "actors" armor to distinguish characters and other small stuff like that.

Also, Section 8 is a great game. Sci-Fi shooters might be a dime a dozen these days and they ALL get compared to Halo sooner or later, but this one is legit. I've played some Halo, though I don't own any of the games. I found Section 8 to be far more enjoyable and I can't wait for the sequel being released early this year. Who knows, it might lend itself better to being used for machinima, regardless of whether or not I get to live my dream.
