"a Rose By Any Other Name Would Smell As Sweet"

Well, I'm guessing you'll understand the metaphor once you're done reading the entry.

My Spanish teacher quit today. That's three teachers this year to quit.. Two English teachers and now this one. It's really a shame that she left. We had become good friends and the class had just now gotten used to her teaching and her deep accent. Now we're probably going to have a sub for a month.. I feel like it's the tests were what made her think of quitting. I believe five people dropped out of Spanish II because of bad grades. It wasn't her fault though. She was still getting used to the English grammar while she knew the Spanish already, which was a plus for a Spanish teacher to come from a Spanish country.

I've been having problems with one particular person these past few weeks. He's deliberately been putting me on the spot in class, making me feel like an cool dude. He's also been pushing me around, speaking literally ;) . He'll lightly push multiple times. He's seriously getting on my nerves. I'm thinking if I ignore him, he'll just go away.. He has this aggravating voice. He has this high pitched voice, and he stares right at his "victim". He's just one of those people.

I have hopes all of this will improve over time. High school drama= evil. Whatever :pirate: .

Maybe I should switch schools  .

I once had a Spanish teacher in a private school, and although she made perfect sense, I never learned anything since I was only a second-grader. It's too bad your teacher quit though.

Do what I do when I get pushed around: Start seriously addressing them, the source of the problem, and give them a warning to lay off. If they disregard this, no more warnings, go to a teacher. If that doesn't work, just find a way to stay out of his/her radar, and find ways to bore him when he tries to get on your nerves liek that.

It's not that I haven't done anything to stop him, I have. But he's just so persistent on trying to annoy me. Like you said, I'm just starting to bore him because I don't reply to much of what he says anymore :P . I don't know, but I'll think of something to make him stop, trust me ;) .
