LOL I failed algebra miserably. When I was still in highschool I figured, why do I need this crazy math? I'm gonna be a violinmaker, and violinmakers dont use crazy math. LOL I managed to squeek by passing survey of algebra, kinda like pre algebra, but a little harder. Math, oi.

*double gasp* Roa posted in my blog too! I thought you did need to use math in making violins, or at least applied math. Don't you have to get all the measurements right?

Basic math skills is all you need to measure violin parts. All that complicated algebra stuff isnt necessary. Although some geometry is used, its the simple stuff. I just could never get those milelong math problems. Too much for my old brain, not to mention I had a teacher who basically said I was stupid and would never pass math. I hated that teacher.......

Um...I'm not that good.

Yeah.... Tell me about it. I have had too many bad experiences in math classes because of teachers. And that one was from Highschool. I had another math teacher in Jr. High who hated me for some reason, and some girl slapped me in class, and the teacher did nothing about it. I should have reported her and the students, but I was too shaken, and a bit of a pushover in my youth. but, I'm successful now LOLOL HA HA HA HA HAtake that bad teachers!!!!!

Did you see the algebra problems in Turakii's blog?

Neither of us are very good at it, to tell the truth, but Traku doesn't have a problem with it. I guess some people are just better formula thinkers than others.

I am in the middle of Algebra 1, and then when I get into 10th grade in a few months, I think I am going to do Geometry.
