You can't have people abide by them no longer, since due to the situation, that rule no longer enforced. And if it isn't enforced, you don't have to follow it technically.

That is like the "10 word minimum" post rule, which doesn't exist. Can't have people follow them if it doesn't exist.

I for one won't need to follow it if it isn't enforced.
