Believe me, if you are going to attempt to strap one to an ejector seat, you will end up with rather fine slices of ostrich. And depending on the helicopter, throwing an ostrich out would be an incredible feat to achieve. Lastly, how high would this be, because I cannot help but assume that the experiment would end in death for the ostrich-thrower, not the ostrich itself. Though it would be quite the spectacle to see such a thing!
