Wow, I get to blog again this month, as we celebrate the return of BZPower's forum? Finally, I get the chance to update, but most importantly move forward.

Things That Happened Since This Blog Went Out

The End of 2007

Well, things happened that weren't happy in any way. Some of it I had written about here, but I deleted most of it - I have enough about it in my paper journals. Anyway, it ended a whole chapter of my life. In the new chapter, my family became smaller in ways other than death, and I would look to other people for support.

2008-2010

Forutnately, Things improved overall in the subsequent years. I was honored in Rainbow by reciving the Grand Cross of Color award and a Grand Office -a state level position. At that time the Assembly was in the dark about some things, so I worked really hard to help reveal what I learned to them. It also helped that other people were also working toward a similar goal, so by 2010 we took care of a lot of those concerns. I also traveled a lot, up and down CA and going to Grand Assembly -that is, the state convention- for Iowa/Minnesota and Missouri. The Job's Daughters Bethel was on hiatus while we looked for members.

A big event that happened during this time was that I got a boyfriend -my first! This resulted in more change in my personal life, as he had a different set of views about certain things that I hadn't thought of. He also introduced me to video games that I hadn't heard of. This is going to sound sad, but I didn't know about any classic game until I met him. Anyway, I am more of a gamer now than I ever was.

2011

By 2011, I was able to majority or "graduate" from Rainbow and Job's Daughters, and I decided to start pursuing other things. I am now less active in each group, but I still attend some things. Right now I don't plan on officially participating as an adult. Anyway, I am working on broadening my horizons. For example, I joined the Anime club at my school I also joined Eastern Star, though I'm not quite ready to take an office there. More recently, I finally got a lot of work done in my room. The furniture got moved around to fit the desk from the office, on which there will be a new computer. This is very exciting, though a little slower than I hoped. The desk is still in the process of being painted and the computer hasn't arrived yet.
