Yeah I just love the things... they're so retro and awesome... like vinyl, but cheaper! :P

 

I just bought No Exit by Fates Warning and Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son by Iron Maiden off amazon, both for under $.25. A few of my friends think I'm crazy, but my car only plays cassettes and I want to have some great tunes to drive along to when I get my license on Thursday.

 

On a somewhat unrelated note (again), I've bought a ton of stuff this week with christmas money:

 

*Toa Norik

*Tahnok Va

*Kohrak Va

*Krana

Kanohi (green and black Kaukaus, green Akaku, tan Huna, and red Pakari)

Dream Theater CDs (When Dream And Day Unite, Awake, A Change Of Seasons, Falling Into Infinity)

Aforementioned cassettes

 

And I still have $45 to blow on Breakout sets!

I have a cassette adapter for the ipod, and I use it all the time, but it's just not the same as having legit cassette albums to listen to...

Yeah, I got Cyclonus in today. Still geeking out about Soundwave, but Cyclonus is freaking cool (and tall) and has wondrous light-piping that makes him look like he's got the Piraka light-up eyes on all the time. He feels a bit incomplete without Nightstick, but I'll buy a cheap one later.
